It is permissible to demonstrate, but taking over public space, bullying and intimidation are not demonstrations, they are breaking the law - and whoever breaks the law should be in jail, why are none of the thugs in jail?

They support the terrorists in Hamas etc., who are controlled by the dictatorship in Iran! So these activists support Iran, the country that kills girls who dress wrong, murder homosexuals etc etc! Protesting peacefully for just causes is a university tradition going back a hundred years or more, and one I participated in and am proud of what we accomplished. We were right to call for a boycott and divestment of South Africa because of Apartheid, for example, and we helped end Apartheid. But these people are engaging in cultural appropriation of the peace and justice movement, using it for their evil movement for war and injustice, hate and racism and the murder of homosexuals, the re-introduction of slavery in the Middle East by the Houthis and Hamas who they chant in favor of, the denial of equal rights to non-Muslims and of most rights to women, and in favor of all kinds of barbarity and genocide. And these campus terrorists are not peacefully protesting.

Those protests were about supporting HAMAS, a TERRORIST organization that SLAUGHTERED innocent men, women, children AND BABIES!!!! They have a right to peacefully protest! They don’t have a right to disrupt the legal activities of other students jeopardising the outcomes of graduation! This is an illegal interference with, potentially, financial liabilities for those disrupted or prevented from receiving the education for which they have paid! Therefore, those found to be implicated may well find themselves on the receiving side of Civil Litigation action to recompense students who achieve lower or failing grades!
Imagine you're a parent who saved up for years in order for your kid to go to university. One day, you call your son/daughter for a general catch up: "hey son! It's dad here. Been a while since we last talked so I thought I'd call to see how things are going. How are things at uni?" And your son then replies in a gleeful tone that they have been trashing the campus, chanting hate-filled slogans in public, obstructing other student's learning, harassing Jewish students and intimidating those with different beliefs. If I was a parent I'd feel a deep sense of embarrassment, shame and sadness.
CAIR is the US arm of The Muslim Brotherhood. It’s a designated terrorist organization is many Islamic countries!! Yet, due to the influence of CAIR and Islamists on our federal goverment, we can’t get a Bill passed to designate them a Terrorist Organization in the US! Every time we focus on that, then suddenly there is a new crisis that takes the attention and focus off a Muslim Brotherhood Bill, and of course there is that influence and push from CAIR and other organizations like it that end the bill. Or the Democrat Leftists who support the Islamists vote against any bill like this. The officials of CAIR have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, especially the founder. When will we designate the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization?! I’d like to see CAIR investigated too . They are guilty of fundraising for terrorist organizations and possibly money laundering .
Yes Texas does that to itself they betrayed Mexico and then betrayed the Union during the civil war, now they’re betraying themselves by ranking 46th in education
I was at graduation and witnessed firsthand these protests VERY quickly devolve into outright antisemitic and simply hateful rhetoric. It was shocking how much animosity they had.
When students chant or yell “get off our campus” it drives me crazy! It’s not your campus. You are guests who are accepted onto the campus for a few years assuming you follow the rules. Your adult body does not make acting like a spoiled child less childish.

It should illegal to demonstrate on any college campuses.
As with any other incident on college campuses, the administration of justice should be assigned to law enforcement authorities and the courts under laws created by our legislatures, and not to some college official or student court. As much as I disagree with these protesters -- and believe me, I disagree whole-heartedly -- having the college itself mete out administrative penalties alone is far from justice.
They have ruined their lives for people who couldn't give a **** about them. When they are all grown up and are struggling to find work because they have no degree and criminal record, deserve you right.
I think Gaza has a few universities. Send them there to continue their education. It would be an enlightening experience, I'm sure. Hopefully, Hamas doesn't have tunnels underneath them.
