Please help, is it possible to get a fishing permit for the harbor ? i went there this morning not knowing I needed a transnet fishing permit but seem to be getting the run around from people where I can get the permit from. I am a Durban resident taking up fishing again after a very long time, and now that i am retired would like to start once again. Thank you.
