This week we're in Lafayette, LA after Indy Ball wraps up for the season. Hayden takes BP with Cardinals Prospect Todd Lott (‪@LifeofLott‬) and live at bats with Texas A&M commit Grant Fontenot. I had never heard of this guy before and hes not even a minor leaguer for the team I root for but because of these vlogs I actually care to follow him and watch him play. Trevor Bauer is on to something here this is great for the game

theres a difference with benching a lot (weight wise) and benching in general, benching isn't bad for baseball no but overloading can do more harm then good is what he is trying to say.

Hmmm...Maybe your should spend your time working on being better at baseball vs how cool you look and videos you're making. You will have tons of time to make cool videos when your bounced out of pro ball for not hitting. You batted .280 in NCAA. Thanks not good. You had your metal bat taken away in independent ball and you batted .264 with zero HR's and slugged .345 over 100+ PA's. Again not good. Crush the minors then make videos....
