What a treat, got to spend an hour with Bob Perry. Always fun to chat about boat's with Bob! I learned a lot about this design we purchased, a little history of Westsail and how the Fairweather Mariner fit into the puzzle. Grab yourself a cup of coffee or cold drink and enjoy. Many thanks to Bob for letting us film this visit to Skagit Valley College.

This was a great visit, so much wisdom from Bob! We already removed the sink, it’ll be smaller per his recommendation

We are doing lots of planning, now that the shaft is out and we are changes the motor mounts, that decision may change!

So awesome to have such an incredibly renowned boat designer as Robert Perry involved and supporting SVC Marine Tech Center - especially when he designed the King's Pride Westsail 39!!

That vessel needs more work than it is worth! It's a good thing you aren't doing any of the work yourself, and apparently you are letting the students do all of the work! It is a no-wing situation.

The staff IS doing much of the work, alongside the new technicians, a true team effort. It's a great design and worth fixing up - especially considering all our students are learning!
