The first time I ever heard this song, I cried my eyes out. I am crying right now. It is incredibly soulful and heartfelt, angelic, from the heart. Ofra was and always will be the greatest. She is so beautiful inside and out. Her husband was an evil man; it’s so tragic that Ofra fell for him and married him. He killed her. Rest in peace, beautiful Ofra. Kaddish for Ofra. Kaddish for my father.
Maria, Kaddish is a prayer Jewish people say in memory of those that have passed away. I am sure that the beautiful and talented Israeli Ofra Chaza will never be forgotten and so we should always remember her, Her family came from Yemen and although living in Israel she had a big fan following in both countries. What a beautiful interpretation . To Ofra Kaddish,
@@frostysilverstein842 to any who hear her ... I’m new to hearing her music... I’m a gentile who loves messianic music! Ofra’s heart loved God! I hope she met her Messiah! Glory to God! Amen 🙏🏼 what a beautiful voice! I’m thankful I have now heard her! Amen 🙏🏼
@@nwfamspijn-amen2448 This isn't "messianic" music - This is *Jewish* music. You can't get label yourself a "gentile." Gentiles are righteous non-Jews, and *we* call someone a "gentile" as a compliment. You can't call yourself a compliment that can only be given from Jew to non-Jew. In case you forgot, we're less than 0.2% of the world's population, thus, what reason is there for us to use any Yiddish word to differentiate between Jews & non-Jews, today? If you'd like, you can be a Shegetz. Totally up to you. By proselytizing on such a sacred Jewish video dedicated to the victims, sung by a beloved singer whose deceased, I'd say it describes you well. EDIT: Also, it's disrespectful to project your religious doctrine onto Jews. We don't believe in the afterlife. People don't go to heaven, heaven is where God lives. God is not a man, no one can meet their maker. Judaism believes in reincarnation, but we're free to believe in whatever feels right and true to us. There is no Messiah. Next time, don't proselytize under Jewish or Muslim videos. It's a desecration.
Kaddish for all people of good will, kaddish for freedom, kaddish for tolerance, kaddish for victims of hate in all and every place and people of the world.
"When mention is made of "saying Kaddish", this unambiguously refers to the rituals of mourning. Mourners say Kaddish to show that despite the loss they still praise God. " In light of that..it's quite funny you are saying Kaddish for freedom and tolerance.
There never was a voice like Ofra's before and there will never be again. A beautiful voice and a great, great soul. A great soul. A lover of humankind and of G-d. Baruch dayan emet.
You never died Ofra.. I feel you're here when listening to your voice. You are alive, through your music, and in our heart you'll live forever. Kaddish for you Ofra Chaza. Amen
Grüße aus Deutschland von der Ostseeküste. Sie wir nie sterben und immer wieder werden Menschen sich der Sängerin erinnern und diesem Lied, diesem Gebet. Kaddisch !
B21- Kaddish is a prayer of accepting G-od's Law, in face of hardship. it is recited as a way to elevate the souls of our loved ones. It is a source of merit to our deceased ones through our acceptance of G-od's decree (even though they might seem harsh)
I saw Ofra live in Los Angeles many years ago. It was a beautiful concert. Thank you Ofra for bringing such beauty in our lives. I grieve that you are not here with us.
While announcing Kaddish she says: ‘Forgiveness for all the world’s victims’ and in her eyes I see not only compassion and sadness but also a tormenting pain. Perhaps she was deep down carrying more pain of humanity than a sensitive soul can bear.
L’émotion me submerge à chaque fois que j’écoute ce titre .malheureusement introuvable hors you tube. Magnifique titre interprété par une artiste extraordinaire trop tôt disparue.
FOR MY PRESHOUS SON SCOTT PASSED AWAY AUGUST 13 THREE YEARS AGO. MY HEART AN SOLE CRYS FOR YOU MY SON EVERY DAY. I KISS YOU PILLOW AN WE TALK. LOVE YOU FOREVER DAD
Philip Kirschner I am so grateful that a gracious YHWH has given her the amazing voice. I wish I could understand what she is singing in English. Also to have the transliteration to follow along would also be great. Could some one kindly translate as I go back and listen to her, her songs often. Thanks so much for posting.... Much blessing to all who appreciate her and her creator. Amein...
I can't stop crying oh god she is an angel thank you God to give me the chance to hear an angel one time in my life love you Ofra God bless you and love Israel i'm not jew
Kaddish for Ofra. Kaddish for all whose enemies turned out to be those of their own household. Kaddish for all of us that remain and are yet alive. Kaddish for the bride of the messiah Ben David.
Times like this when I wish I believed in god and in a heaven. This wonderful, beautiful, amazing woman would surely be there. You're greatly missed, Ofra. RIP.
I wish I could have met this pure, beautiful soul who had nothing but goodness in her heart. She was a star that shined so bright and powerful, giving light to all. And she still shines.
I love all artist who have/had heart and soul and cared.. and put it in their music as well... Ofra is certainly one of them. I love kadish... I think it might be my favorite of Ofra. Gives so much peace and calm..
may all of us soon live in peace with each other. This was Ofra's wish. Killing will only bring more killing. May we find Peace in our Hearts - and Forgiveness for our own trespasses, and those of others. Kaddish.
I have been listening to Ofra and especially Kaddish in the car when travelling back home from work in Rush hour traffic and what a calming effect it has on me. I think my stress level has dropped a lot, listening to Kaddish sung by Ofra makes the journey seem to fly by...
Kaddish,... I consider this blessing one of the most essential characteristics of the Jewish soul. This soul is highly civilized and peaceful towards mankind.. An impressive song. Thank you, Ofra for singing it for us.
