Nang dahil sa pandemic, andaming mga transaksyon sa gobyerno ang nagbago dahil limitado na ang mga pwedeng pumasok sa opisina at "skeletal" nalang ang workforce ng bawat opisina. Lalo nang apektado nito ang DFA. Ang tanong ngayon, may courtesy lane pa nga ba?
Kung kayo po ay OFW na magrerenew ng passport nyo sa Manila ngayong pandemya, ito po ang video para sa inyo. Pinuntahan ko ang DFA SM Manila at DFA Aseana to see kung meron parin bang courtesy lane para sa atin. Panoorin po ang video para malaman ito at mga dapat ihanda para mabilis po ang proseso na ating pagdadaanan.

Maapproved po kaya ako. Sa courtesy lane miss kate . Kasi . 346 days lang kailangan pero 1 years and 3 months na ako sa pinas . Dina valid sa guidlines nila . Pero may contract na po ako . Pwede po kaya sa courtesy lane yun ?

Thanks for sharing your experience. Goodluck to your vlog gawa lang madami videos. Sm Manila din ako nakakuha ng appointment at sana makuha ko agad. Regular process lang nakuha ko online appointment. Nung time na nag appointment ako walang express na option regular lang talaga and advise nila na online din magbayad.

Thanks for your very informative and very realistic narration on how hard to renew a passport during this pandemic times. One thing I worry for my renewal is that I am over 364 days since I disembarked on ship and got my vacation last Nov 2019. Expiring Passport is by June 2021. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I'm glad na-appreciate nyo po ang detailed account ko. I did that para may proper expectation po kayo sa kung anong mga posibleng mangyari. I can only base my answer to your question on my experience. Since lagpas 364 days na po, regular appoinment po kayo unless may bago po kayong kontrata eh pwede po ipa expedite. Or like yung pinsan ko po na sa probinsya nya pina renew kasi walang masyadong applicants dun

I got mine in DFA aseana I emailed my docs this afternoon after 30mins I got my sched already unlike in rob Ortigas I emailed last week until now I ddnt get any sched.

You're welcome, Christian! What I know regarding your question is as long as you're using the courtesy lane, you can be accommodated within the window time they gave you sa confirmation email nila. Mine was 10am-530pm. I went there at 3pm, di na nila ako pinapila, pasok ako agad. :)

I renewed my passport in dfa iloilo last november 18, and until now wala parin. I availed the courier service LBC and they had my old passport surrendered. Your cousin ba na nag renew sa province, did he wait for a long time para makuha passport nya?

Tanong lang po maam ofw po ako nahinto ng dalawang taon..yun passport ko ay paso na nun pa may 2019.gusto ko e renew kasi nag aaplay ako natanggap ako ng agency kc pinacv send ko sa employer.panu ba o anu gawin ko para marenew ito 2yrs ako na stop mag abroad at paso na passport at hinanapan na ako ng bagongbpassport sa agency.help pls..

Hello, Arcee. Base po dun sa guidelines nila, within 364 days lang po. I don't want to get your hopes but you can email them to be sure.

Yan nga dn ma'am problema q, for sure mapu2nta aq neto sa regular appointment, matagal pa nman mkaappointment naun. Paalis na dn kc aq kaso 2 times aq nacancelled flyt. Kaya inaalala q dn ung passport q baka dhil jan d pa mtuloy pag-alis q kung macancel na nman flyt q.

Hi, I follow what you did, I email the dfancr just like you said last night and I recieved their response later today asking for photo copy of visa and something else may I just ask if I can go there or do I have to wait for their another email for appointment.

They're just gonna tell you the same when you go there. It's more convenient if you just comply with the email requirements.

Ms.kate after filling up the application form they sent me through email do I have to wait for their appointment date or that's a go signal onced they sent a form and fill it out and sent it back that's it,correct me if Im wrong

Hindi po nila kinuha during the application. Di po ako sigurado kapag upon claiming may gagawin ba sa lumma kasi di ko pa po nakukuha bagong passport ko. :)

Update lang po on this. Upon claiming the new passport saka bubutasan old passport nyo.
