Nobody specifically runs LA, and no particular group can run LA, it's way too big. Each group can only run their specific areas where their gang runs. But who cares, don't all of us good people just wish we can flush all violent gangs into the toilet stool or garbage can? Don't we wish we can just pick up all the gang members by the diapers and just carry them to the city trash dump and bury them there? Wouldn't society be so much better and peaceful to where all the kids could come out and play, and the elders could walk the streets and the people could all live in happiness instead of fear? We're trying to transform the gangsters in the neighborhoods into being productive citizens and leaders in their communities and help kids see the light, and help the unfortunate who needs help so the overall community can grow and become better communities and more economic development.
