chapter 4 just started, so it´s too early to think which one is better, but talking about the grafics and sounds I will say capter 4 the only thing that was better in chapter 1 is how the flowing water looks

because it isn't It very well isn't abandoned which is why characters, NPCs and the whole story exists in the world after the fall of the Seven instead of minor map changes and no humans or animals or really anything, they're starting to involve people in everything

Others are very similar or have stayed the same, like the battle bus or the storm

@@satin360 I guess it's a bit cleaner now but at the same time there is so many sounds like the shockwave hammer and the Deku mythics spawning in it's a bit overwhelming at times

to be honest, I really liked the old storm more, but the vision in it was ass, it was too bright and too much purple smoke in it outside of the zone you couldn't even see someone, just barely, but I wonder why they changed it so much, the storm was inspired by stw

Blame the fact that there's way too many heals in the game, sure it was annoying to die in storm because you had no heals but that's what made it a challenge and that's why it was fun to fight people who aren't always max shield popping 3 slurps in every fight, you actually had to use strategy to avoid dying but also kill other opponents, whereas now you just build a bunch of garbage and whoever edits faster immediately wins the game which is honestly so ridiculous considering what the game initially was

that's just your opinion bro, Chapter 1 will never be officially the best chapter, it was only the best time for fortnite, because the game was brand new and had some different battle royale expierence, fortnite today with creative 2.0 and many other features beat chapter 1 easily, chapter 1 is just nostalgic, it never really had anything good besides that

In my opinion from chapter 1 season 4 to chapter 2 season 3 were some of the best days fortnite has seen

They actually had a specific design they made a video about looong time ago and it was a distinct style. I remember as skins started releasing more and more I was afraid they’d stray away from that design philosophy and little by little you could tell they were. Can’t find the video but they definitely had a design philosophy for everything in the game to be acutely made

@@VietyF yeah. I always remember the old skins having shinguards, colored tourniquets (for what squad the character belonged to? Lore wise?) arm communicators, dog tags, stuff like that. Fortnite has to just release a legacy mode that’s just s2 or s3 fortnite.

@@justrichi376 I really didn't like this Season very much, I find it too repetitive, There are few changes, The battle pass is very strange (The only good skins are Geno, Doom Slayer and Geralt), And the locations look like copies of previous locations despite claiming to be called "Originals"

@@justrichi376 well, chapter 3 were ok on the first two seasons, but season 3 got so frecking booring after 1 month, and season 4 tried to save it but couldn't And chapter 2 were actually better (my opinnion) that chapter 1 and 3, but we cant say anything by now about chapter 4 because we are only on the first season (if I had to compare this chapter start with chapter 2 and 3 start I would say it's better that chapter 2 but worse that chapter 3)

@@adrius103 i liked ch4 at the beggining but now It s Just boring: no Map chsnges in 4 months .Also for Christmas event on ch 2 /3 we had more stuff Honestly for how boring at a point was ch2 S1 for me was still Better than this One And ch3 felt a bit more like ch1 Also with the new graphics (dont saying they re not Good) but too much realistic and unrealistic at the same time. Well yes but other things made the game fun too for example the og map, og graphics, og weapons and more, also what I miss a lot about OG fortnite is that og fortnite had no skill based matchmaking, so it was harder to get a win in chapter 1 but still chapter 1 > ALL CHAPTERS 2-4

@@ddman12playz22 It has nothing to do with nostalgia- I liked the cartoony feeling of chapter one. Chapter four tries to go ultra realistic, while having cartoony characters and fails miserably. This is why I play STW now instead of the abomination BR has developed into.
