well, it depends on the State, some State allow free hunting for a week. some reserves like Arugungun allow a week fishing festival and others like OAU University normally invite the hunters when they discover a wild animal disturbing then. for instance there is this python disturbing them of recent, some of the hunters around the Ife axis are still on the search.
