Ahh yes roger got the best seat all the way at the very back of the theater where he can barely see the screen and is probably being blocked by someone way taller than him
There's something so charming about the Disney animation of the 90s. It's timelessly smooth and fluid but the designs and writing are really reflective of the culture at the time.
You can thank Who Framed Roger Rabbit for starting the trend. Once people fell in love with the idea of toons and humans coexisting, everyone wanted to do more of it 😁
The main reason roger rabbit was abandoned was because the the film rights are a joint venture between Disney and Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment, and the 2 couldn’t strike any deals for a sequel
0:24 ngl that gentle ‘hi Michael’ while he’s kicking his feet is honestly kinda adorable, shows he’s got some personality and wasn’t just a figurehead of the company back in the day. Wish we got more of that nowadays, just Mickey being an actual character.
the "shy" mickey mouse from the 1980s and 90s needs to make a comeback. He was very endearing and made it a lot easier to root for the character than the psychotic, rabid mickey from _The wonderful world of mickey mouse_ shorts (which causes him to feel more akin to a Warner Bros. _Looney Tunes_ character.)
TBH Mickey is said to be the face of an “Money hungry company”, but really he’s just their favourite character. Whenever he appears in shows or films he hasn’t really changed
what dragon? Wasen’g Chernabog defeated by a 14 year old teenaged boy with big yellow shoes like Mickey, Spikey hair and weilds a magical key-shaped sword along side with Donald Duck as a Magician and Goofy as a palace captain with only a shield
I love Disney combined animation with live action. Michael having a Mickey watch and Mickey having a Michael watch is downright cool. I wish I could've seen this on tv. I love Roger Rabbit being part of the Disney cast, and Mickey gently kicking up his feet and say hi to Michael, and everyone coming into the screening. This is the best!
Wasnt Michael Eisner known for being a ruthless tyrant who helped turn Disney into the souless corporation that it is? I mean we got solid Disney films during his time in power, but we have had plenty of decent movies since we got Iger too. I dont really feel that comfortable praising someone who we all know was a terrible human being
I don't know about you but this is funnier than all the memes. I mean literally the actual Prince of darkness just caved to Michael Eisner. Which is surprisingly accurate if you know anything about the guy XD
I love the moment where Mr. Eisner scared the demon for bold mountain haha it's too funny when I first saw this one I must get over like Oh my God here he comes in and Mr Eisner came in and scared him out of his wits love it
Michael Eisner commanded the respect of any room he entered. something about him just made him feel like "the CEO of _DON'T_ disappoint me or you'll regret it" and everyone short of congress usually stepped aside when he showed up to take the reigns
What I like about it was that Mr. Eisner wanted to do some great introduction to the Walt Disney Company, and so he went out of his way to tell the animators to go for it and animate this special.
In a Fanfiction theater, big huge crossovers and my fav fandom and ship's. Me go to watch it with Mickey mouse, oh boy our fav Seat , we say that together.
mini featurettes through the early 2000's i watched all of them but even those have been removed cause of zemeckis and so many whiners about ip's i remember getting into huge hour long arguments and emails that taken an hour to write back n forth over the subject that lasted from 2003 to 2006
This animation looks beautiful under the tape distorting, Disney needs to release a clean remaster of it. And I myself need a nice remastered Roger Rabbit Commercials & Specials collection, hahah.
Disney’s future is really telling based on Cherabog’s reaction to Eisner. It’s like, “Jeez I may be the personification of evil, but you’re worse than me.”
Back when Disney used to actually be good before they lost their heart to darkness for more money they don't even need 'cause corporate greed and look how far they've fallen now.
Disney had their whole Disney vault thing at the time, so they were only good in comparison to what they are now. In general they've always been iffy in my opinion
I agree with you 100% the trouble is greed has deathly consumed their hearts that's what I believe their latest films before the live-action remake movies were good very good but the newest one they did that still had a bit of magic in it it's Encanto and turn red but As for all the live-action Disney movies they're not so good to me I did enjoy The Jungle Book. Beauty and the Beast and Maleficent movies but every other Disney live-action remake no thank you for liking one nap Aladdin no Dumbo no and As for the Christopher Robin movie no if you've heard the rumors that Disney is going against people who want to change themselves to be with other people like transgenders being gay with other men and girl and girls yeah they don't like that Disney does not like that but we should accept the differences and changes that are coming all over the world there are these days s but Pixar is trying to win the battle I believe Pixar is definitely the heroes of Disney what do you guys think
MUCH BETTER 2D animations than what we get MOST of the times nowadays, like those CG 2D animations & flash-animations. BRING Back Traditional Animation! 💙🙏
Super Mario version: Koopa Troopa: Ooh, I love movies! And I got the best seat! *Then Luigi not knowingly sits on Koopa Troopa* Koopa Troopa: Ohhhhhh!!!! Mario: Oh boy! My favorite seat! *pokes at an unknown animal* Uh excuse me, do you mind? Bowser: *turns around angrily* Mario: WOOOOOOOAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!! *Bowser about to breathe fire and then the cameraman Lakitu shows up* Lakitu: Excuse me, will you sit down please? You're blocking our view. Bowser: Oh. Sorry, Mr. Lakitu! Excuse me! It will never happen again! Mario: Thanks! Lakitu Roll that! (A Sprixie is about to turn the movie on for them)
What happened to the heart of Disney? This was as late as the 90s, but they still had all that heart and nostalgia for Disney’s work. I’m pretty sure The Walt Disney Company doesn’t even remember Mickey anymore
Well they got greedy lazy and making shows about politics gender ideology sexual preferences gore edge , progressive workers, working for the “Fandom agenda” and turning people into idiots and the list goes on. 😒
I don't know what's funnier Roger Rabbit's cameo or the fact that the freaking Devil 'I don't care who his real name is' is terrified by Michael Eisner because he was blocking the screen, That alone is freaking hilarious.
Crossover version: Characters: *talking in different languages* Mickey Mouse: oh boy my favorite seat oh uh excuse me do you mind *taps him* Rocky the boss rock peashooter: WHO TOUCHES ME Mickey Mouse: WOAAAAAAAHHH Rocky the boss rock peashooter: HRRRGH ILL KILL YOU FOR DISTURBING MY REACTION Pierce the peashooter: excuse me do you mind you’re blocking our view Rocky the boss rock peashooter: ooh sorry cousin excuse me it will never happen again
0:46 - Mickey Mouse: Oh boy my favorite seat. Uh oh uh excuse me do you mind (screams). 0:58 - Michael: Excuse me will you sit down please you’re blocking our view. 1:02 - Monster: Ooh sorry mr Eisner excuse me it’ll never happen again.
0:45 ABC when they hold world premieres of summer 2023 fun starting May 8 Whammy: Oh boy! My favorite seat! **pokes at an unknown animal** Uh oh! Uh, excuse me, do you mind... Cocaine Bear: **gets angry at Whammy** Whammy: **screams** WAAAHHHH!!!! Cocaine Bear: **starts terrorizing Whammy** Elizabeth Banks: **walks in** Excuse me, will you sit down please? You're blocking our view! Cocaine Bear: Oh! Sorry Elizabeth! Excuse me! It'll never happen again. **sits down**
Man we need a guy like Michael Eisner to make a comeback "'SCUSE ME, would you sit down, please? you're ruining our economy." "OOH! sorry Mr. Eisner. Excuse me. It'll never happen again." *publicly resigns*
