A DREAM of a finale of a romance. And I can say, the manga is EVERYTHING YOU THINK YOU WANT. I could tear up just remembering how satisfying reading the manga was, though I have not gotten too, too far past the anime.

Btw, when Akane talked Akito's ear off at the end, she starts that conversation off with talking about how the kanji for "person" is two people holding each other up. Kinda said that was left out, because her ridiculousness is one of her golden, beloved traits.

Tsubaki felt true love for Yamada. Her confession only shows how much she knew and adored even Yamada's silliest and most difficult-to-perceive characteristics.

I think Yamada's guilt since he was little has turned into guilty pleasure. Look at Yamada's expression when Tsubaki confesses his love. His expression is a little happy and guilty 🤔

I honestly need more people reacting to shoujo or josei stuff. We all love the mainstream anime and all these shounen/seinen stuff. But when all the channel just reacts to those same stuff, it gets boring real quick. Btw I loved your reaction. I'm probably biased but there's just too many edgelord male reactors who think they're too cool for some shit and forces a bunch of jokes that just ends up sounding so much like what a man would say(this isn't a compliment) I love female reactors who are so in touch with their emotions and can actually appreciate the characters and story

This was a sweet ending. No news on a season 2 yet, but it ended well so it is OK if there is not one. You can read the manga and see how they move forward together.

@@farohreacts I wish there was. Majority of studios drop romance animes after the first season however unlike other romance animes i've liked (a sign of affection) the ending actually matched up to the manga instead of being anime original so theres always a very slight chance they will make a 2nd season when mashiro-sensei's health improves. Edit: Theres a chance its fake as I cant seem to find any official season 2 announcements, but I found a few things saying that the first episode of season 2 is to broadcast in japan on the 20th of october this year (I really hope its real). Also if the chapter pace matches up to season 1 then even if it only had 10 or so episodes we will see chapter 69.
