Always liked this song, usually hear it played on a fiddle. Awesome harmonica Buddy, I won't forget this one. Another one you might like is "Night Owl Blues" by The Lovin' Spoonful, slower and more bluesy but still great harmonica.

Mouth Organs heat up, and the sound changes, so to keep the music sound the same change to a back up mouth organ, then change back to the 1st one. it's an ace when you get used to it.

I grew up listening to folks that could play three or four instruments at a time without missing a beat some even were regulars on the tv programs and radio programs such as the Grand Ole Opry and the Louisiana Hayride Hee Haw and the Lawrence Welk show. The song Buddy is playing is title the Orange Blossom Special which was one of many songs that were inspired by the railroad steam engine.

Harry, Please host Seatrain's version of Orange Blossom Special. They were produced by George Martin. And Buddy Greene is the best harmonica on this song for sure. It is usually a fiddle song.

I really do hope you will, at some point, request "William Tell's Overture." That one knocked my socks off! I'm a sub, but can't afford $20 a month for one song (Plus, that Patreon level is full!)

@@davebzen795 Oh, it was truly wonderful! Music may make strange bed-fellows, but it does bring all of us together! My life is a soundtrack of music - from the late 50's to (very little) current. Everything is pitch corrected or auto tuned. That isn't music to me - it's robotic.

Buddy's only video recording of the "William Tell Overture" here on RU-vid is his Carnegie Hall performance. It was not a standalone performance or I would have submitted it before 'Orange Blossom". I may be submitting the Carnegie Hall performance, but if you know of another one I will check it out. All video performances must have a minimum of 200k views to be submitted. Let me know either way, please.

You should see Buddy doing William Tell Overture. Buddy Greene is a Christian Artist and the cowriter of the Christmas song Mary Did You Know along with Mark Lowry. He is a good singer and guitar player as well.
