For the skin you should consult the doctor ( Dermatologist) According to the social media’s post & all. It’s depends on individual skin. All the skin types are different. Pema be strong & stay happy & stay away from tension. These all affects the health.

I understand Pema la's feeling. I consider nobody is totally freedom from sickness. Those who get sick frequently, they sometime take care better their health. So they live longer and relatively healthier. We can see that in people’s life. Secondly, as a Buddhist I believe our previous life’s unwholesome karmas diminishing in this life when sickness or difficulties occur. Getting frequent sickness or difficulties is not entirely unfortunate one. Lastly, Pema la you have good job, good husband, and many good friends around you. You are a fortunate one in many ways. May be it is better focus slightly less on your sickness and difficulties that you have experienced. Wishing you a Happy and Healthy 2024.

This vlog i find it so real, straight away talk, no makeovers it's really a nice video. Ya, I find Bhuchung la really a great human being, but you really got to keep atleast one of the new year resolutions that pema has recommended. It could be so annoying to see somebody keep on holding the gadgets at all the time. For household duties it'll always be fun to work together, bond between one another will also grow stronger. Be strong pema la, everyone in this wheel of existance will have one or the other problems. So we are all same. Stay happy...we would love to watch more of your videos for sure...🎉🎉
I like both of you and best loved couples. You both are teachers and know everything, but pema 's health is little weak and you have to consume daily dry fruits like pumpkin seed, almond, date, walnuts and also papaya, avocado, water melon etc for your better immune system.

I suggest u to go for a full body checkup in CMC ( Christian Medical College ) vellore, Tamil Nadu.. they have the best faculties and I am so sure they will be able to figure out what the actual problem is.. I am saying this out of my own experience.. that hospital gave me another life like literally.. so I would recommend you visit this hospital in near future and happy new year to both of you..
