The Willamette Valley, where I grew up has awesome strawberries!!!!!!🍓🍓🍓 Trust me, you don't want to literally run into a moose! It could kill ya! It is probably the speed limit on the highway which allows you to drive faster going the same distance. You need to buy a small electric power washer it will have more power.
Although moose can be just about anywhere, if i heard correctly where you are, then i'd suggest checking out Rt.1A from Ellsworth, Me. to E. Holden, then left on rt. 46 which leads you back to rt. 1 in Orland, left onto rt.1 and you'll head back to Ellsworth. Moose love marshy areas, swamps, ponds, lol, water. We've seen moose at all times of day, though in the heat of day they'll be drawn into shadier areas and water sources. You can see signs of moose by checking sides of road in areas of water, disturbed ground especially if grass or area is wet. The closest actual moose tour is 120 miles away on Millinocket Lake. The further from the coast you are, the better chance of seeing moose in the wild. If we weren't 5 hours from you, we'd come give you a tour ourselves, lol. Enjoy and stay safe. Omg I think I’ve been there before camping I live in Massachusetts so I’ve been to a lot for the camp grounds on New England if u ever go to cape cod my favorite camp ground is bay view campground it’s a little expensive but there’s a lot of thinks to do at the campground I go every year there
Yes, thats kind of misleading when they say a walkie-talkies have a 35 mile range! Yes there is a mathematical formula to determine the range of a transmitter but the formula calculates the range in free space! What kind of walkie-talkies did you got FRS walkie-talkies then the range is very short, like a few miles if you lucky! I still say get GMRS license and get GMRS mobile radios installed in both vehicles you will have a larger antenna mounted on the roof and can tranmit up to 50watts witch is way better then the 2 watts those walkie-talkies put out plus you losing a big portion of that power that is blocked from those small antennas and all the metal from inside the vehicles!
