I didn't think alligators even went as far north as NC. Guessing those sharks were bull sharks though. Some dangerous critters around there.

Decent population where I live. After Cape Lookout they start to get a bit more spotty. I certainly have more aggressive encounters with them here than Florida.

Plenty of gators here. New River in Jacksonville NC is chock full of them. Pretty much any marshy freshwater/brackish area in ENC has gators these days

Tax man sucks, dude. And then gators too, no thanks. I had a 13' gator pop up next to me in the ICW on Lejeune a couple years back. I don't like seeing anything bigger than my 120 PDL out there, lol. You gotta go grab your SC license and get some flounder content next!

Didn't get brought in from Virginia lol. I caught an 11" inch croaker this week and it was the biggest all year. I catch a ton on gulp when flounder fishing the Chesapeake

It's my favorite kayak - it's performance has been a life saver. I dislike the set up time vs something without wires but when I am on the water I am always happy with what I am in.

I remember as a kid catching pansized croakers off of the campground pier in Myrtle! That would have been in the 70’s Also my older cousin pulled a six ft hammerhead up onto the pier 😂

First: Thanks for the content! I just picked up some more of your lures- getting back to the beach next week for 2 months!! So exciting to see the Fall coming. Sharks and alligators- delightful. Doesn't look like a good place to swim. I'd be a little uneasy in my Hobie when landing a fish because you simply can't see any warning signs of a bigger predator. Enjoy the magic of NC inshore this Fall.

Love close contact fishing for reds. Toss it 5-10 feet and get that jig thump, the best ! Sharks suck. I grew up in Ms as a boy, seems like all I ever got was croakers and hardhead cats, miss the croakers. I am to far south to catch them in Florida where I am. Great job.
