We introduce brain-cockpit, a web-based open-source application to explore datasets of fMRI data. We show how it can be used to quickly check contrast maps on multiple subjects, on templates like fsaverage but also on their individual anatomies. Brain-cockpit is also useful to study the activity pattern of specific part of the cortex throughout the dataset under study.Finally, we show how it can be used to explore alignments between individuals, which we compute using a new optimal transport technique.
