Ohio Canals 

I live in canal fulton. Every thing has a canal theme to it. Would have been cool to see it back in the day. Ty for sharing.

My great grandparents lived alongside the canal downtown Cincinnati at the turn of the century. My great grandfather was from Cincinnati. My great grandmother was from Sugar Ridge Ohio, up nearer to Toledo. I imagine the canal had something to do with how they met.

Downtown Delphos still has parts of the Miami/Erie canal and locks

Canals are second 2nd, the ancient native American trails are still used by deer and other migrating animals.
