@@naizy Yes, the cases are seen as donations, and he is spending money to open them, so he keeps them. The majority of the cases end up giving worthless skins anyway. However, he has said multiple times that if the item he gets is extremely expensive like a 250k ak blue gem, he will reward the person who donated the case in some way as a show of gratitude for donating him the case.

It’s funny seeing how differently 2 communities can view rare drops. In OldSchool RuneScape, when you’re going for a Bandos Chestplate you don’t pray for the drop every kill, you just sit there and farm until it happens. But in CSGO when you’re going for the #1 Factory New Karambit Blue Gem 1/85 Quintillion you pray on every box you open.

I mean if you had to pay 100K GP every kill I could see it being a little bit more stressful but the way Runescape is balanced you'll still probably make profit if you stick it out until the big drop unlike CS where you're statistically guaranteed to lose money, so why even pray?
