The video quality at 4k is not too bad and the record time is great. These sun glasses actually are a great solution for an additional camera angle, never miss a shot and protect your eyes. 👍👍
They're pretty decent for the price. The video quality is ok and the fact that they have uv protection is a plus. Thanks for stopping by, have a great week 👍🏽
I thought it was pretty awesome quality for a cheap glasses cam! The 4K I would never use, it was maybe 20 fps and variable, the frame rate wasn’t stable. The 2.7k looked phenomenal compared to a mid-grade cell camera. The audio was mono, not stereo, which is lame, but my main question is recording time: how long at 1080 and 2.7k? Ideally used for out in the public. All footage can be smoothed (due to not having image stabilization) on CapCut for free. Blessings!! ♥✞♥
A great option would be software that can shift the image to make it stable after taking it. It could do so by cropping the footage and locking onto a subject. It would remove all the motion bobbling which makes people sick watching the footage. I'm sure this tech already exists in Adobe or other video editing software, but these glasses companies need to include something to eliminate everyone's biggest complaint about the footage. Walking while filming without a gimbal is just not doable with glasses yet. Standing still, and slow head panned shots look great though. It's also a great option instead of a mounted cam in your car for catching events, and worldstar roadrage fights. hahaha
Great video but without any image stabilization, that's too bad. Check out the video I did with the Ray-Ban Stories Smart Glasses, great image stabilization. Thanks for watching
These glasses actually look decent compared to the other "spycameras" but 1 hour of recording is too little, do you know if it's possible to record while connecting the glasses to a powerbank ? Like puting the powerbank in your pocket and connect it to the glasses with a longer cable so that you can record more than 1 hour ?
How do you get the footage off of the OHO and onto a PC? Wireless, USB wire or microSD? I agree the lack of image stabilization would be a problem for many applications. Mine is in-store browsing for the same size items. I want landscape as opposed to portrait which Rayban META has. Do you know if you can pair the OHO Sunshine with a smartphone or portable PC and Livestream to RU-vid?
Do you know now? I wonder if its posible to Connect to your phone and immediatly see the pictures. Or do you know an other pair of glasses that does that?
@@simonbroer i don'y know. I gave up my search when I realized that the camera built into the iPhone 14/15 is much better than what they've put into glasses. I bought a neck harness for my phone. RayBan Meta seems to have the lead but it's portrait only and only streams to FB and Insta....
I was looking at this on amazon tue 64gb version . It says in description it has image stabilization. Cost $250 . I been using the old pivothead video glasses maybe i need to try these .
Hey, great review! These look great, few questions though. Is there an app so footage can be downloaded to your phone/tablet. Does the memory fill up in an hour or does the battery only last an hour? These would tick all the boxes if it had some sort of image stabilisation.
The vids you took with the glasses looks pretty decent. Would be great if you can do a long term review of these. Also, the reviews on Amazon is pretty bad.
I'm shopping around right now and was wondering what would've you done different after having this for a year now? Should I buy the 512 GB, 256 GB , etc..? Does it matter?
hi, i assume you have theses glasses, do you know if it's possible to record while connecting the glasses to a powerbank ? Like puting the powerbank in your pocket and connect it to the glasses with a longer cable so that you can record more than 1 hour ?
Great review. Yeah I would definitely video stabilize in post process. These are great for spur of the moment. 50 percent off now on Amazon for the 256GB model with extra varied lenses at 280/2=140, not a bad deal. Wish they had dichromatic clear lenses so they'd be sunglasses only when out in the bright sun.
@@torontorc4637 Booklet doesn't tell you how to swap lenses. Have you done this yet? Mind making a video about how to swap? Also I'm thinking about making small holes in the rubber tips that fit around the ears so that I can attach a band so they don't fly off my head during fun activities.
Thanks for the video man, really helpful. Yeah, too bad it does not have image stabilization, maybe in the near future they gonna steal the iPhone camera and put it on these glasses.
hi do you know if it's possible to record while connecting the glasses to a powerbank ? Like puting the powerbank in your pocket and connect it to the glasses with a longer cable so that you can record more than 1 hour ? thanks
Hi man, in your description the link isnt working anymore and when i check amazon there's lots of options Ranging from $40 usd to $200+ and im not sure which I should buy, how much did these cost?
Hey, you're right my link doesn't work. The one I have shoots is 4k but it the most expensive one. Mine was originally $168 Canadian, if that's The one that way too much money now
Hi, I have the same glasses as you and I have a question The glasses work as they should, but when I played the video on my computer laptops one of them is MacBook pro the other one is HP I can't hear any sound is there an installation one need to do before listening to the sound together with the video that's been recorded. Please let me know I would appreciate if you could help me out. Let me know if you had to do some type of installation or something. Thanks in advance
I haven't had any issues with mine, maybe your computer doesn't play the type of audio on the glasses, I should though. Try uploading it to your cell phone an see if it works
No they don't. They appear to be straight trash for the $300 USD this "company" OhO is asking for. Very poor camera build quality according to Amazon reviews. They use an the outdated micro USB cable, no image stabilization and a super slow video transfer rate.
@@cedthatruth3706 okay. I'll most likely do the same since all other manufacturers are dragging their azzes with producing a better product. Are you going for the 4k or 1080p version? 512gb?
@mahdman3 the 1080p version, I saw a video earlier with a guy explaining how to reconfigure it to 1440p 30fps and it looked almost as good as the 4k in my opinion.
Hey, what happens when the memory is full and you keep recording? Does it split the videos like dash cam for loop recording replacing old with new ones? Or you have to reset and clear the memory each time?
@@torontorc4637hi does your glasses have a date and time display at the bottom left on the screen? Reason I am asking is how do I remove it thanks very much.
