Ohsnap! 4 Luxe review 

Yeah I’m having the same problem. I haven’t tried without a case, maybe it would work. But it’s not working with a case on.

It’ll work with the thinner case mine has worked flawlessly with the clear case.

Yeah, all the promotional videos they say that the MagSafe Apple charger works with the wireless charging, but anything other than that seems to not work because of the magnets in the closing mechanism. A shame

@@camcar6 just as a point of reference for you I don’t use the Apple hockey puck I use the Anker 3 in 1 charger and it works great for me.

You have to make sure that it's centered correctly. If it's off center it won't work or work well.

Yeah, and all the promotional videos they say the Apple MagSafe hockey puck charger works with the grip; anything other than that is up in the air. The problem is is it has magnets in the closing mechanism is more than likely interfering with the wireless charging.

@@camcar6 it’s all about the thickness of your case. Because they made the grip very thin if the magnet they use for closing the grip was the problem my phone wouldn’t charge at all. But my phone charges flawlessly on MagSafe chargers and my case. Magbak cases are a thinker style case.

I use a Peel case…and the Anker 3-in-1 charging cube. MagSafe charging works great with the grip on. The 3 didn’t. So, I’m very happy!
