Good to see someone who uses a extractor on a merc. It is the recommended procedure on these engines. Good on you brother! And yes it gets all the oil out.
My man,I have been watching a lot of videos in order to change my C300 4matic oil,and wow this is the best,I hope you do a video on how to reset a 2008 C300 4matic after oil change, thanks.
Turn on your engine before checking the oil level turn off let the oil circulate and settle and then measure again Before extracting your oil loosen up your oil filter to extract as much oil as possible
Isnt that way of remoing oil a little dangerous? As you are not fully drain the oil especially the part having the particules? Once I thought to buy the same pump my collegue (knows mechanics more than me ) said that I should drain the oil from the screw under the car
Hi, the best way to do it, is definitely from the screw under, for me is difficult to go under the car and do it like that, so thats the reason that I bought the pump, and so you know at list 80 percent of the particles end up in the oil filter, which in this case is located on the top of the car, it makes it more convenient for me. As far as dangerous goes, me personally I prefer not going under the car I feel more safe doing it from the top. Thank you for watching.
Hi, I have searched on Amazon the oil filter for your 2010 mercedes c350 and it seems like is the same oil filter as my 2011 c300. So according with Amazon is the same filter. Thanks for watching have a good day
Nice to see not doing it properly as u have a sump plug atleast it would drain properly underneath Only takes another 10 minutes just to jack it up and drain it underneath
