That "18" on the display is number of days before service is due. When the wrench and the clock appear it is to indicate "days left" and the wrench by itself indicates "miles left".

Do you know how to reset the service engine light on the right of the display ? I have a 1999 c230 can not find one video on how to reset that light .

This may be a rhetorical question but I just had my oil change 1 month ago at auto repair shop and the light just came on right now and says it’s due in a few hundred miles. Could it be that they didn’t reset it?

This works on a 1998 Mercedes Benz c240.

Be sure to hold the 0 at the end 10 seconds!

I have c230 2000 and ac is not working.Had it to mechanic they test the compressor they said its not leaking, it could be electrical problem, i replaced myself evaporator sensor still nothing, any suggestion much appreciate it.

At 0:44 there is a light on your dash which appears on the bottom right side (next to the brake light). What does it do? Mine has been coming on and off. It looks to be external lights or something 🤷‍♂️
