Pristine work, its so vibrant and fresh right from the outset. Your brushes look to be in perfect condition too, what make do you recommend and what do you use to clean them? I have tried expensive and cheap ones and they all end up in a state really quickly no matter how I clean them.
Thank you. Some of the brushes are years old. I use Daler Rowney, Pro Arte , I have a few simonart series 38 ones too. How I clean them is I take the excess paint off with White Spirits and the clean them with soap and rinse them 3 times... at the end I roll them into a point for rounds and make sure they are flat for flats. Seem to do the trick. all the very best 🙏
@@DavePortersArt thanks for your reply. I’ll give those brushes a go. I’m cleaning in pretty much the same way but i suspect I may be being a little too rough in trying to rush the cleaning process. Hope to see some more oil painting videos on your channel. Thanks again
