A person with your talent and ability to teach should never be insecure. I love all your videos. I didn’t receive notice of the livestream though(?) thx
I find the insecurity grows the better I get :) Thank you though, I really appreciate it. These studio drop in streams tend to be more off-the-cuff, I don't plan them and don't promote them so it's just a case of happening to be on facebook when I stream them I'm afraid. I am in the process of getting a schedule together for regular streams though, I'm finding that they're a great way to get information across and answer questions at the same time. Stay tuned :)
Thanks Paul, you explain the technique so well, I have the student munsell book thanks to my friend Judy, your videos help a lot. Marcella from Waterford Ireland.
That's great, Marcella, thanks for letting me know! Judy is great isn't she? If you have any questions about any of this you can always contact me via my site at www.learning-to-see.co.uk
Паул,у Вас прекрасно получился натюрморт! Это на картоне написано ? А на большем формате не хотите повторить,только добавив яблок немного,разных сортов для контраста.Вы хорошо пишите !
Thank you so much for your teachings. And…. I would like to ask you: how do you manage to harmonize all the colors in your paintings? So that everyone works together and not everyone on their side
Hello Paul I am interested in taking the colour course but had a few questions to run by you . What would be my best means of doing so. Also what would be the best munsell book to purchase for learning/mastering colors? I’ve been a bit confused on which to purchase. Thanks and hope to hear back as I’m very hungry to proceed✌🏻
Thanks for asking, you can join here: paul-foxton.thinkific.com/bundles/threads The best Munsell book to get is the student one, avoid the 4th edition it has a lot of problems with the colour chips sticking together. The 5th is a little better byt can still have problems. The best ones are the 2nd and 3rd, although they're becoming harder to find. If you go for one of the older ones, make sure to check with the seller that it has all of the colour chips with it and that they are (hopefully at least!) still in their little bags and haven't been stuck into the book yet. Some 3rd editions in the US: www.abebooks.com/book-search/title/new-munsell%AE-student-color-set/author/jim-long/
