Today we are painting with oil paints in the studio using alla prima techniques (painted first time - wet into wet). The view is of St Ives in Cornwall, looking across the bay from Mexico Towans.
This painting took around 1 hour to complete and it was really good fun to do. It will go into my next solo exhibition in October 2022 which takes place at The Customs House Gallery in Porthleven, Cornwall.
