1. When the screw oil press is running, it is forbidden to put your hands or metal rods into the hopper to dredge the oil. You can only use wooden sticks to prevent the screw shaft from cutting off your fingers.
2. At the same time, during the operation of the oil press, operators are not allowed to use iron bars or screwdrivers to arrange the cake wheels to prevent accidents.
3. Before starting the machine or while the oil press is running, it is strictly forbidden to screw the screw shaft to the dead center, which will cause the slag discharge tip and the cake discharge ring to contact and wear each other, causing mechanical accidents.
4. Secondly, when the oil press is running, tighten the lock nut to prevent shaft shifting.
5. Before the oil enters the oil press for squeezing, it must be pure. No stones or metal blocks can be squeezed.
6. The motor equipped with the oil press must be grounded.
