Great Vid. Good camera work and informative commentary. I read your posts on Info pop and would certainly consider you a real expert in this because you have hands on experience and that's what really counts. DCS.
@SojaTeks1 When pressing whole raw soybeans the fat remaining after one pass through the press is 10 to 11%. If the cake goes through the press again, the fat in the cake is 6 to 7 %. I did not test the sunflower press cake.
Thanks for sharing the video. I would like your assistance. I recently acquired this exact machine from someone but so far I can't get it to work properly. It presses the seeds but no cake comes out. I have tightened the press screw and backed off three turns as you instructed but no cake. I have tried various combinations of turns but still nothing. I suspect the machine was taken apart and the pressing rings not put back in the proper order, hence the reason nothing is getting past the lock nut at the drive motor end. Can you send me some info regarding which ring goes where. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Please what is the name of the company which made this machine? Where can I get one and how strong and durable it is? how much did you buy it. Thanks for your information.
I want to purchase Chinesee 6YL 160 to press soybeans and sunflower. Can you please tell me the oil residue in the cake. For exaple if soybeans have 18% oil will it yield 10% of oil, or sunflower seeds have 44% oil will the caka have 10%. We will crush-mill the seeds first and buy the expeller with heaters on and run it on around 120 degrees Celsius. Please tell me the residue in your cakes?
dear friend i have purchased the same machine one year ago.now, the pressing rings have been worn out and oil contents r not removed completely.kindly tell me how can i get it repaired.
