Oj Da Juice is a legend. Glad this brother is doing well. I’m also glad his old mixtapes are on streaming platforms. Nice to see artists in control of their art.
One of the best tributes about Gucci you can't deny was his work ethic, no matter what was going on, positive or negative, Gucci was flooding the streets back to back with Mixtapes
@@medicinemanM No, not as much as Gucci. They were industry artists. Gucci owned his own music from day 1 and was dropping 🔥 projects whenever he wanted to.
Gucci is to ATL what Dungeon Family was back during their run and it's not even close He's had his hands in making double digit rappers stars and no else from ATL from 2005 forward comes close
This Proves My Point Video Game Saves People Life If 🍊🧃 Would Of Kept His “ Ever Sunday Routine “ With His Family The 8times situation Would Of Never Happen👈🏽 I’m Glad Big God Blessed 🍊🧃 To Still Be Able To Tell His Story To B-High in 2022 #bigg God & bigg 🍊🧃
He was talking about Dj Khaled when he said the ceo dancing all in the videos. Every artist he done had where they at today? They get a hot single then disappear.
@@bry9895 😂😂😂 he salty cause tip said he invented the slang trap ,and didn't acknowledge G mafia in the trap museum, and Jeezy don't Fuck with to many niccas so a lot ppl look at him sideways shit crazy
I'm not gonna lie. I'm not a fan of OJ music at the time. Hip Hop was Morphin so fast. But I can appreciate his work now looking back. He was definitely making noise in Baltimore. The hood on Gucci & oj
I think it’s time they get Gucci Mane on the show.. even if they gotta go to Miami to a lil studio or in Gucci own studio to do it.. that would be dope as hell
Mane people can say a lot about Gucci but ONE thing for sho that mane gon work!! He is probably the most consistent rapper alive! He stay putting out music even when he was locked up. He was always hungry! He don’t get the credit he deserves fr. Gotta respect it. HE is the underground king of trap music period! 💯
Are you serious??? There's no comparison Gucci put wayyyy more Atlanta producers, rappers, videographers, etc in the spot light than TI. Gucci been the most influential for years I can't believe you said that 😂😂😂
It’s no question Gucci is the trap god but he ain’t start it Ti was doin mixtape before Gucci he had Dj drama gangster grills mixtape before they both got they own different lane Gucci a beast but tip a monster
@@craigrogers6889 the question was about who did more for the city musically and that would be Gucci by a landslide. Not taking anything away from TIP , but all the pillars of trap music besides Jeezy, Shawty Redd,Future and Rocco came in behind Gucci. Damn bear every rapper that solidified Trap was signed to Gucci at some point or affiliated.
Man we know you're talking about Tip when u say lame ass rapper who doesn't want artist to be bigger than him!! NOBODY that signed to Grand Hustle blew all the way up!!
Not when it came to waka.. Gucci didn’t allow him to get bigger… OG wick you gotta stop this crap.. tip could’ve had all them artists but he didn’t want to mess with them labels and take all them young artists publishing and masters… thug and 21 talked about this in interviews… tip also brought in dro yung la Travis Scott b.o.b. rich kids spodee Tokyo jetz and not to mention Doe B 😑
Gucci didn’t hit mainstream till he made Freaky Gurl 2007 but Gucci been underground his whole career. After so icy Gucci didn’t have a song on the radio till he got back outta jail 2015-16
That’s A Lie Because The State Vs Radric Davis Was Definitely Mainstream Asf Which Came Out In 09 Wit Lemonade & Wasted So He Definitely Was Tryna Be Mainstream 💀💀💯
@@mostknownunknown1110 BIGGER not hood classics . Dro had singles….Juice had a hood song that kinda blew up. I fuc wit Juice but im just speaking facts
I still wud put the edge oj over dro. His mixtapes catalogue 6 ringz and alaksa n Atlanta's are classics plus he n gucci put on lex luger zaytoven southside n metro. Not to mention his style was more unique ahead of it's time. So I wud say oj is definitely more Influential in da rap game than dro any day of da week.
It's very close. Most of the artists T.I signed didn't pan out aside from Dro and B.O.B. I think had Doe B survived ,he'd of been a star too. Damn near everyone that's successful in Atlanta music currently either came thru Gucci or is affiliated somehow. Zaythoven, 808 Mafia, Mike-Will-Made - it ,Metro, Thug, Migos, Dolph(R.I.P), and the list goes on.
@@Trap323a 🤣🤣🤣. I left her out on purpose. I agree with Travis, I give Kanye that credit but he was Grand Hustle for sure, Meek Mill too but he didn't really blow up under them.
Why are y'all interviewing a guy that not even irrelevant anymore? What you need to be doing having a conversation why take off killer or nobody has been brought into custody in Houston y'all talk about everything let's talk about what's going on why you can't say nothing about what happened in Houston take off you scared of mob ties rap a lot music J Prince Jr and Jay Prince senior are you scared of P Form QC THE LABEL? Yeah I'm making Atlanta look real weak and soft if y'all keep talking about it and push the issue on your platform and the FEDS will take up the case that's all I'm saying let's be real
