The difference between Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian is merely political. All the languages are part of a big dialect continuum. What I can tell you about the lyrics you posted is that it is safe to call it Serbian, because it is written in "ekavica", and no Croatian or Bosnian dialects has that characteristic. The song is two songs. The second one, Todore, is played, sung and danced to in both Serbia, Croatia and Hungary, with many lyrical variations.

You're welcome :) I can also provide an accurate translation. In the first song the singer is addressing a girl soon to be married. "Before you get married bride, invite me for a drink/rakija, so I can meet the groom. The second one is a funny nonsense song, "Hey Todor, Todor has no mustache. Todor went outside, and he brought his mustache." The second verse is a bit vulgar. "4 geese on ice. What are they doing on the ice? They're lifting their legs and farting (which is I think like a non answer, supposed to mean they're doing nothing, or who cares what they're doing)". There are many different lyric variations to this song/dance.
