I love the OK Go, i love all their videos and there choreography is simply brilliant. But i STILL cant get over this one, the creativity and dance behind a great song. One of my favorite videos of all time...hands down
I'm kinda shocked that i'm apparently the only one to comment on this in over 10 years. I got here from the creator of The Sausage Song's favorite videos playlist btw :]
Me too! Hello! I came from some “spoiling Harry Potter video”’s comment section lol I like surfing old vids and stuff from before 2015 on RU-vid and other sites
I have seen this a few times over the years (it's aging well), the question is and always was WHY? 😁 One wonders the starting point of all this... It's so much fun. I never saw this idea elsewhere...
Simpatici gli OK GO!! Mi trasmettono molta carica con il loro "balletto"!! Mi piace anche il testo: parla di quelle situazioni in cui siamo convinti che siano tutto sotto controllo eppoi invece improvvisamente veniamo presi alla sprovvista da un evento inaspettato, che ci porta a dire: "here it goes, here it goes, here it goes again Oh, here it goes again I should have known should have known should have known again but here it goes again Oh, here it goes again..."
The song's great, but I'm totally impressed by the ingenuity of the video. I have no idea what their other songs are like, but damn, I'm definitely buying the album.
I love the dude with the white shoes!!!! He looks so kooky and the song is catchy too. I listen predominatley to hip hop but i absolutely love this!!!!
both video and song are great, its always on the "alt-music" channels (Mtv2, Kerrang, Scuzz) but never on the radio, i don't why i would have thought it would break that barrier too
The background for the set looks like someone just draped aluminum foil over a wall, yet I was so entranced by the choreography I didn't care. Awesome video.
INGENIUS! No wonder this went totally VIRAL! And they ("OK GO") are FAMOUS. Even the bands that are opening for them i.e "The Plain White T's" are getting major attention. Good for ALL of them. Talented, clean cut kids with their life ahead of them. Now those are American Idols. (Chicago Idols to be exact)
I love this video. It's so awesome!!! The music is great, along with the really cool treadmill stuff. Ever since I watched this, I've wanted to do some of that stuff. XD
This is so cool! Whats even cooler is that if you look at it real close you can't see any breaks in the video. Theres even the same amount of sunlight in the backround the whole time. And the choriography is amazing.
Well you just need someone with access to a gym to get the treadmills. I love that they did it all in one take. The background sucks, but this is a brilliant video and goes well with the song. I love it when it looks like they're ice skating! Classic!
A great concept! I'm glad I was able to see this. My fav part is when they "spin" by putting their feet on different treadmills. Now I wanna go to the gym and play. XD
that's so cool! i actually did something like that once, but not as complex, just me running across (in a sort of dance) the tredmills lined up in a row in the fittness room next to my mom's office at the school where she works. I was bored, so i decided to have a little fun... hehehehe. but this is just really cool
I'll never remember the lyrics, but the video itself is awesome. Being coordinated like that, especially when it becomes two on a treadmill, good job not killing the person infront of you is all I have to say to them. :p
GENIUS! there was stuff in their i would never of though about doing with tredmills, that move were it looks like your skating is so darn good! excellent!
One of the cool-le-est videos evea!!! It's uber entertaining!!! It must have taken some work, too. No cuts in the video means they had to get it right through the whole thing. Mad skills! Great job!
Hej ho gusy, thats the most great video I've ever seen and probably one of the most great I will eber see. I will never forget my "impressions" when I saw it first.:)
What a good, and simple, idea for a music vid! It just goes to show that you don't really need to put much effort into doing stuff like the moonwalk after all...it looks just as good when you just use a treadmill! Stephen Fry proved it first, but these guys take it all the way!
