Well they technically DID become brothers. In the loosest sense possible as they just became one person again instead of 2 beings trapped in one body.

I wouldn’t say “half evil” as I don’t think personality traits are genetic. But he does have all (or some) of LaserBlast/Professor Venomous’ abilities. Which manifested as TKO.

Honestly “TKO Rules” as a whole is still a pretty fun episode. The ending is what ruins it though. I feel like if they hadn’t made KO take the nuclear option immediately by banishing him to the subconscious pretty much for the entire rest of the season. Which btw, that was a relatively small slip-up, especially considering how fast he cleaned it up and the fact that I’m pretty sure he knew that TKO was starved of freedom, so that entire plot line was a bit unfair and forced . Instead of that, they could’ve had TKO appear more and probably get more and more greedy for power. Which is the only way I could see this season working with the episode “Carl” still in its current state.
