Empathy is super easy to increase! Spam give gift to a family member (preferably simoleans because it's easier). It raises empathy by a lot (it's also a loophole for the Fabulously Wealthy aspiration 😏).

Alder should be a surfer! I think that would suit his personality with him always wearing trunks and water sliding

The way the nanny's work is that they automatically gain friendship with everyone in the household. Which is fine I guess, until they start constantly calling and asking to be your best friend and visiting the house uninvited 😭 it gets so creepy

I cannot tell you how many times I have locked the house door due to neighbor invaders and then invited guests over and kept yelling at the game to let them come inside! 🤣 If it makes you feel better, I didn't remember that the bathroom door was locked either.

The slide is probably in the household inventory, but not showing up because of the better build buy mod. When the mod is enabled, you have to turn on the debug filter option (NOT the same as turning on organized debug) under Content to see anything in your inventory that doesn't show up in the regular buy catalog. I'm pretty sure some other things are hiding that way too.

Character values tips: Conflict resolution is harder to do as a teen because the parents can nolonger teach them to say sorry (interaction only available on tots and kids), you'll have to get them to "help with bad relationship" with a bunch of different sims (more micro-managing). Empathy can be raised by volunteering (as a kid they can play with the doctor set too). Since Ash has graduated, just get him to spend his days volunteering (option on the phone). Emotional control can be raised by "jogging to clear mind" or writing in their journal. Manners - just get them to set the table constantly. Responsibility automatically goes up with school attendance and completing homework.

If there is anything I learn from James' game play is that Sims will literally do whatever they want.

I feel like Willow tries to be like her twin but can’t keep up even though she wants to. Alder and Aspen are the kind of kids who don’t need to try very hard and are still good in school and Oak was the one left on the porch and the park and should be the outcast. The one that will drop out of, the rebel, the difficult child 😂

Please, let your kids to actually have naps when they come back from school so their sleeping schedule gets somehow fixed. They have naps automatically when they are tired during daytime exactly to avoid this problem 😂

Empathy is definitely the easiest value to max, no matter how low it is. Volunteering gives it a massive boost, and you can volunteer over and over with no cooldowns.

I really love how unconventional this build is. With the bathroom, kitchen and office nook. Might be nice to give the house an eventual small makeover. Maybe some nice white paint outside and one last photo of the outside with the bush. Itfeels like such a authentic lived in house. Perfect for this series for growing together.

1. For Empathy, you can make Ash & Willow Volunteer a bunch of times (under Travel category on Phone) 2. Emotional Control they can Jog to Clear Mind anytime, you can be happy and still jog, you can also write in your journal for emotional control. 3. For Ash's scouting, go to the park in oasis springs, to the pond there and click "Catch Frogs" six times, he'll get the Outdoor Adventure badge. 4. Give Back Badge - super easy - just go to the mailbox and donate anything. 5. Good Deeds - make Ash take out the trash a couple of times, cancel the interaction in between and he gets a badge. 6.Young Scientist - Just make them program for 15 mins in game and cancel the interaction and they'll get a badge.

Sandalwood should be in the homework group too. Also, I kind of like his old man style, he is such a trendsetter. I feel like he is that guy that bleaches his hair, and soon everyone in school are just rushing to bleach their hair too, just to keep up. He's the cool dude.

The babies being yeeted to the edge of the map or even just sat on the floor happens all the time when you leave the lot and come back, it's so aggravating tbh

I think it's time for willow to get more into goth. I'd suggest green hair, black lipstick and nails and lots of piercings 😈 If you do color code the triplets, you can bo by primary colors, blue, red, and yellow. Cheers!

you actually don't need to be in a bad mood to jog to clear mind, i'm pretty certain teens can do it at any time. they can also write in a journal over and over to boost their conflict resolution as well

I usually make the infants their own bathroom or a jack&jill bathroom that connects to the parents room.

I have a Household club for Homework, Cleaning, Repairs. And still have 2 slots leftover for whatever skills they need for after school clubs/jobs. Otherwise my house would be carnage 😂 Parents will autonomously help with homework and kids will do extra credit 😊 Plus club perks!

Emotional Control is actually pretty easy to get. You can use any radio and tell the child/teen to "Wind Down with Classical". Haven't done it in a while but it used to work pretty fast!
