Those fairy forms were confirmed to be from the originally planned season 9 before they completely scrapped it in favor of the reboot. The magic winx forms from 2021 that leaked have been confirmed to he the final design's.

They only used the fact that Bloom draws in the wow series and I would love to see Bloom and Hélia interact and talk about art and spend time drawing together (as friends obviously), it would be so healthy and cute, It would make more life if the characters interacted without their romantic partners 😊❤️🇧🇷

Seeing Aisha’s hair go from the Braided style in her casual look to a full on afro in her transformation gives me hope that the show is gonna play around with Black Hairstyles like I’ve always hoped it would. The original Winx Club had already set a president of the girl’s hair changing in transformation(Tecna’s hair grows from a Pixie cut in casual to a Bob in Enchantix, from a dedicated Bob to shoulder length in Believix, Stella’s hair is is put in pigtails as early as Charmix, and I think Bloom’s hair becomes a brighter orange in transformations. I could keep giving examples but I don’t wanna type for forever) and I always thought it’d be really cool if Aisha’s hair got to transform into Braids, Twists, locs during her performance, just to showcase how versatile Black hairstyles could be. I’d love to see them actually go down that route!

Imagine if Bloom gets mad at Mitzy and clumsily commits arson around school as a montage. I'd eat that up.

Honestly, the show aesthetically looks really good. All I can hope is that the writing is as well and they don't make the same mistakes the previous seasons had.

I don't know why, but something about the artstyle is so warm to me ? Like don't get me wrong nothing is better than the original style, but like the aesthetics look weirdly nostalgic to me ?? Aisha official color being teal just saddens me tbh, the argument that it’s to match her powers is weird to me because in Bloom and Flora’s case, their powers don’t actually match their outfits and that’s actually part of their charm

Aisha's hair is everything and from a distance in that art, she looks like Beyonce which is a plus.

Earth people not being able to see monsters is gonna be so fun! Because as Bloom discovers she has magic and sees more and more of it, people will actually have reasons to think she’s a little crazy

The "new magic winx forms" are just the transformations they were gonna get in the original season 9, aka not something that's gonna happen anymore. The magic winx costumes are the ones that they showed at the different festivals

Honestly, the art style is my least concern. As long as the story and character writing are good, make sense, and doesn’t retcon itself every episode, this is something I could get behind. I won’t be as passionate as I used to be, I also have turned to other forms of media for entertainment, but if it’s satisfies the above, I’m sure it’ll be a pleasant watch. I will say, I immediately fell in love with this version of Bloom from that initial clip. Their fairy form give me Enchantix vibes - not sure if that’s a good or bad thing though, specifically Flora’s and Stella’s wings.

The animation does actually look decent, and I hope there are no animation mistakes and the voices sound good, and her burning the book and throwing it in the fish tank was funny

Just a bit of context for the final image: "Lorem Ipsum" is the name of and a part of a made-up filler language with no actual meaning, usually for animation. All the other surrounding text, even potentially blurred a bit, uses Lorem Ipsum because it doesn't matter what the other articles are saying.

I'm the same way, Thomas. I'm very cautiously optimistic about the reboot, too. If Rainbow messes this up, it will really show that they NEVER listened to what we, the Winx fandom, wanted to begin with.

I agree 100% with the sentiment towards the fairy form looking too busy....i actually had a bit of a back and forth with an artist on instagram because I believe that these fairy forms feel like Rainbow only thinking in the present and not the future....what I mean is...Enchantix....if this reboot is successful enough to have more seasons and we get an equivalent of Enchantix...the change from basic fairy form to final fairy form won't be as striking because what makes Enchantix truly shine is how it went from simple looks to intriquate and detailed looks. So if the basic fairy form is too busy, their "super fairy" form won't be as impactful if/when it does happen.

Visually, I'm sad about a few things: 1) They seem to hate Musa's 1-2 hairstyle so much that they never want to bring it back. Her hair is staying long (in twisty braids, but still long). I might be the only person on this planet who prefers her short pigtails, but I don't care. I think they made Musa super unique, she looked like a little ballerina spinning on the CD, and I will forever be convinced all her transformations from seasons 3-8 would have looked better, edgier and more unique if she'd kept her original hair length. 2) Stella's fringe is gone. They gave her the same "grown-out side fringe" that Bloom and Flora have. Idk why they need another Winx with that hair. Stella's original look was way better. 3) Tecna should have kept her fairy suit with the robo-hat and the little wire-wings. That look was totally cool, and again, it seems the creators don't realise how iconic they'd made these characters and how unnecessary these changes are. 4) Aisha ...................... those braids in her fairy form look just wrong.

Most of it looks good, but I need good writing. We have a new specialist and returning villains, so I hope everyone gets more development.

World of Winx had blooms drawing hobby on blast wayy more than the original series ever did. That’s why I love world of Winx, because they had personalities not even the original series had.

I really hope they do keep the individualism they had in season 1-3. I do hope all their outfits stand out as their own and it doesn't always have everyone in pink and in the same style. I also hope you can see the difference in each characters personality like season 1- 3. I do have hope for this one. I really hope the writing is good as well.

Well the transformation designs looked like sirenix mashed with cosmix + a dash of mythix. So I'm a little scared

Part of the problem with the OG series is that it was meant to end at the Lost Kingdom movie, but Rainbow continued it, having to course change to make it work and it stumbled and continued to stumble by introducing characters and then just dropping them, like the did with Roxie and then Daphne in the later seasons. And of course all of the little fairy friends like the pixies and pixie pets. I'm hoping they'll be a bit more consistent this time. I would like to see them redo the Dragonfire arc, but I think they said they're doing the black circle first because everyone is on Earth? For some reason...

Hopefully this reboot has a yearly release schedule because since season 7 the average break between seasons is 3-5 years like what child can keep up with that

Completely agree this is Rainbows last shot. Also the monster in the bathroom reminded me of that episode in season 1 called The nightmare gargler (sorry for that is spelled wrong to last to look it up lol).

Okay, look. I had the same reaction when I heard about Monster High getting rebooted. I was skeptical and wasn’t really to keen on watching due to nostalgia. But after watching it, I found that it was pretty good and enjoyable. So let’s not judge it, let’s watch and see where it goes.

That "Diet Cosmix" for Bloom kinda gives me low-budget wannabe Sirenix/Cosmix fusion vibes because she has the Sirenix hair and the arm ribbons and bubble skirt from the season 5 version, and the Cosmix gogo ankle boots. But again, despite this being a reboot I believe that these "fairy forms" that the girls donned are probably just prototype because there's no way in hell that their first form, Magic Winx/Charmix, should be that highly detailed it looks like another form that they "earned" from saving a dinosaur or something because lack of plot says so

I kinda like the new artstyle so far. The biggest problem I had with season 8 was that the characters looked like Bratz dolls, which made them look way younger than they are supposed to be.

I love how they're adding in protective hairstyles like the braids, bu I hope they still attempt to make her have her natural hair. As cheesy as it was, I started to like my own hair when I was younger because I loved Aisha. I think the braids are so amazing though, because it'll help normalize it and relate to other girls more too. I'm pretty excited, I grew up with this show for over a decade and I hope they do it justice.

And also I like how they're actually giving Bloom back her hot-headedness does she used to have like the reason why we love bloom was that she wasn't perfect like she got mad she has feelings she has ups and downs but then after season 3 it was all just no more of that she had to be perfect now perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect perfect no no one wants that so please give us hot-headed cinnamon roll bloom

They did my girl Flora dirty with that outfit, it makes her look too "busy". Unless they're trying to say "She busy as a bee", but no 😢I hope they change itt, she the sweetest gal of the group! Plus she loves plants, She'd look amazing in simple colors, and more subtle prints. Like her original design!

Bloom was supposed to be a artist in the Winx show because in one episode she sculpted a fire dragon out of clay.

Great Job as always unicorn of war. I just went through a crappy break up and your video made me feel like it's gonna be ok. If winx can come back and be solid just maybe all things can heal.

I like Bloom and Mitzi's 3D designs in this and the environments look pretty, which is important for me because Winx Club is often very good at creating interesting and visually striking locations (even in the bad seasons). Though I still prefer 2D for Winx Club. The thing about Winx Club that made it stand out visually from other cartoons was the CGI environments, but with 2D characters in them. As a result of this switch to full 3D everywhere, it isn't as interesting as before. However, if Straffi wants to commit to 3D animation, the way it looks now is something I'm willing to accept (it at least looks MILES better than season 8's artstyle). But of course, a show's quality all boils down to the story, direction, writing and the characters. If Rainbow can't get these right then what's the point?

I don't want this reboot to be bad because I never want anything to be bad. I want this show to reach or even surpass its predecesor. Or at the very least, I hoe that it can figure out what it wants to be and who it's for. But, still, knowing the history of this franchise and the company, all I can tell myself is "high hopes, low expectations." If it's great, then awsome, if it's alright, then fine, if it's bad, I'll be dissapointed but not devastated.

One thing i dont like about this reboot is musa's design... She always had this cool look to her in the early seasons and now shes just small and cute.

Then, I would like to add; about , how this video really touched upon the details of Bloom; and, how relatable her emotional cognitive processing is. I’m honestly intrigued about the reboot. Any Winx content I’m in I’m up for anything Winx related The new clips look fun Can’t wait to see the surprises the reboot has in store! It’s also great that Bloom’s still an artist I honestly loved the blue & pink in Bloom’s outfits in season 5 onwards.

I'm really hoping that the writing team listens to the good faith criticism. No older fan is asking for winx club to be mature, we just want good story telling.

the new fairy forms... they definitely prioritized "busy" over style. i wish they'd mix it up with the silhouettes- the mod dresses with are hit or miss with mostly misses. i guess they were trying to keep it more modest for the kids? i do like aisha- as you said turquoise is always gorgeous on her and the lilac is nice! i like how the slit in her skirt calls back to her og magic winx and has the shorts under, and imo the bodice piece with the wave... hem... structure bit is really cool. i like how the wrap structure of musa's top part is like a musical staff, and the asymmetry of the ruffle cuffs on her wrist and bicep are also a reference to her og design which is a good point even if theyre not my thing. for tecna the retro scifi of the mod dress really works for her, cosmix was good like that for her too. flora's hair IS great and i love the little green headband and the almost butterfly markings on her wings... bloom's hair is also cool. i like the beads and the raids and high pony on her- it reminds me of how bloomix made her look kinda fierce, but aside from that she and stella are incredibly nothingburger to me. the athletic bottoms under the skirts arent working for them, bloom's ruffles and the purple and the patterning give her more of a water vibe, the wide cuff slouchy boots are just kinda there. stella has a. fur????? fur skirt?? what are her boots. why do they have wings. why the front-back color gradient why the plain random pink necklace? stella im sorry theyve done this to you 🥲

The transformations look good, I wish enchantix was used though since it’s such a fan-favourite transformation✨✨ However, Bloom’s outfit looks like casual Sirenix, with the high ponytail and the mermaid leggings. I love Flora’s outfit I love how it decorated with flowers 💐🌸🌼🌷🌻🌺🌹. I hope Rainbow chooses a Good ✅ dubbing company Atlas Oceanic Sound and Picture (the Nick dub). But the series struggled with reaching the English-speaking countries such as the UK. But barely anyone from there are similar with Winx Club part from some of my peers and WinxClub Newsflash...(it surprises me to this day that he is from the UK). I hope we get good quality merch and awesome dolls worldwide. It will be a childhood dream come true!!!💫🌟⭐️

This might feel hatery of me but I don’t like how short they made Musa and how tall they made Aisha. I just never imagined them those heights so it just looks weird to me. It feels wrong ngl. also I wish they just stick with Aisha’s original colour palette she always gave me earth girl in the sense of the colours she wore ya know. The mainly greens, white, cream, bits of pink and the light blues

Yeah, I’m glade they appear to be putting Bloom’s artistic traits back, I feel that was a big missed opportunity in the live action, if they could have done ANYTHING to make that abomination even SLIGHTLY better it would have been let the girls have their original personalities. Have Bloom be an (aspiring)artist, Flora(or “Tara”) a big girly nature girl, Stella a fashionista princess etc. hopefully they’ll at least TRY to do that in this reboot.

this is just my personal opinion but I feel like there something wrong with all of their eyes because like if you showed me a pic of all of the remade girls with their faces covered I would easily guess who they were but if you showed me them again but only with their eyes I wouldn't even know like if for example you gave me a picture of any of the girls eyes from seasons 7-1 I would get them easily but I just feel like they need to give some more flair to their eyes or just change something about the art styles eyes because everything else looks amazing and I really like how this reboot is going.

I'm just mad that some of the art that got leaked was made with AI and the background of the Winx transformation image also shows signs of AI. Plus Bloom's MW's new outfit looks like a weird mix between Sirenix and Cosmix but like... bad. I like the art style, I don't like the character designs...

I agree that the quality of the reboot is good so I'm looking forward to it. But I hope it will be good so it will get me another reason to not be against it again. I loved the trailer when I saw it I think last week. I still want season 9 but I'll try to give the reboot a chance just like I did with the nick version and fate.

Rainbow please listen to your fans and don't wreck the series again this is your only chance to fix it after this there's no coming back hopefully they listen to people like unicorn of war and actually make a show that's good because the main problem with Winx Club was that in the later Seasons they forgot who there was a demographic was and they started trying to Pander to everyone which made the pattern of nobody and nobody ended up liking the show cuz they made a terrible show that was just lazy and bad transformation for certain things to be used for only that thing like in season 8 they stop using stuff like Sirenix for when they were above water even though you're literally in the water and that form would suck outside of the water because that's the way this craps work so let's not get our hopes too high but let's keep hoping our hearts

Even though I'm liking most of we've seen so far (my biggest issue is Bloom in Pink) but I'm also cautiously optimistic. We've been burned by Rainbow far too many times to trust them blindly. Fingers crossed the Reboot is good

I'm just happy its not a reiteration of the butterflix voice for bloom and this is wayyy better than the season 8 art style! Season 8's art style was so cringe and the absolute worse. Second worse would be mythix world art style. The art style here is like original winx art meets sirenix world and winx movies art style. So its breathable. I'm willing to give it a chance. We get to see a shot of what her hair looks like before and after she gets into her magic ? (long hair and short hair scenes and how it moves with her in the animation). Hmmm, I'm feeling it. But I'm pretty sure the extra long hair only comes in after season 3 (after or during getting enchantix season) if I recall correctly (hair reaching past her bum going down the length of her body). So if this is a reboot the hair length is well...a bit confusing...but it's a reboot, so okay I guess? If it's season 9 with new stuff and a continuation then it gets a pass-ish maybe. The transformation art...If its anything like cosmos...I'm guessing that's it at 13:00:00 in the video...everyone gets a pass except stella and musa. Those 2 look more like lil kids than teenagers. Why do they keep trying to age them backwards. Their roughly(or at) age 16 in season 1, not ages 10 and 12. I don't wanna watch a show about 10 and 12 year olds having love interest and grown-ish relationship problems...If its season 9 they should be around age 24....I accept the art style from seasons 5 through 7 as a replacement for season 9 and just label them as 24. If they wanna try for the whole timeless/ageless signature look, sticking with the look they had from seasons 5 through 7 would be it. Thanks for the review! I like that Bloom's new look, and her clumsy scene.

I think all of them could do with being just a bit more color coded in their casual outfits, like if you take your time to rly take it in you can see that they are all dressed p uniquely but it shouldn't have to take time for the viewer to make that assessment, the colors being all over the place and the outfits being so detailed makes it all too busy so it just becomes complete visual noise when standing next to each other

the only problem i have with the designs is the eyes, which don’t look like winx, this series had a very expecific and characteristic design so isn’t giving winx, also the outfits are very disney channel as you said, idk i think the winx would dress better than this in the 2020s, but in general the vibe and nostalgia of the og series is here so i’m happy, but there’s this things that still could be better, oh and i’m a little bit scare of how the transformation would look…

as an artist I can say I do relate. I swear I redo a single pose in the sketch phase ten bajillion times, and then I’m constantly adjusting the lineart in the coloring phase. At least it ends up looking good I guess.
