I'm using Okaya Freedum 4 months completed from this Showroom in Coimbatore. Good Service. Good Vehicle and battery packup . I'm getting 72 km range in flat road but if I go in rough road with lots of ups and down it gives 60- 70 Km range . But When I load more than prescribed load capacity pulling was good range will decrease gives 50 km to 60 km .
I am one month user from Coimbatore Tamilnadu. very very worst sales person Gowtham.. as he committed is not been get anything.. I got only 40km 2 times I took to showroom.. even okayo region head veerakumar also very worst .. don go with this ebike.. post service is very worst with in a month I took 2 time to showroom.. I worrying about future...
Mr Santhosh Kumar sir You have to follow the instructions given by us at the time of delivery also follow instructions given in manual. You have to Maintain Ebike as given in instructions not as petrol bike. The range might down or vary for everyone's driving style , road conditions and also if you load more then prescribed load capacity
