I like this. I am excited. Congratulations on this big achievement of creating Okere City. Congratulations to Mr. Okello and the young lady who has also gone back to Okere to create the Okere City.

This is quite an interesting angle to a story, the leadership in Uganda strives so hard to encourage youth not to leave their villages. And yet the solution is simple. Services

Rural urban migration shall truly be reduced by providing the rural areas with the services that act as the pull factors especially for the youths. How I wish this model could be replicated in many villages.
