Thank you for the video. I do not understand how people can be vegetarian and not eat meat?! This looks so good! I have to go to the supermarket and get pork side meat and cook this today. Best I can!
It is pure torture watching all of these delicious succulent feast from half way across the globe in the U.S. at past 1:00 in the morning. I am drooling and salivating.
Those crispy burnt ends he cut off are the best bits! You just know they're feasting on those at the end of the night! But the sharpness of the knife though.... impressive 😘👌
Help me out here someone! There are lovely looking pieces of meat that seem to be scraped off the board? Even though it’s been portioned up. And then when someone buys half a bird there’s inconsistent chopping about what goes in the box, for example someone will get the head and neck and wings etc but the other half they don’t? There is always a supply of pieces of meat around the board but as the chopper takes one piece out it’s then substituted with a piece from the outside of the board but not always? Is this a favour thing going on or is it all sold by weight? Because I’ve seen them weigh the meant and then take a chunk out! Please advise I’m confused! Best wishes intended x
Totally agree with everything you said. I was going to write the exact same thing.. weighing the meat then cutting away so much.. as well so much is just fat not meat… also when he’s chopping meat its flying everywhere but he doesn’t replace that meat. Your paying for meat in weight you don’t get.. doesn’t make sense
@@i.i.3399The chopper was ripping off his customers. When I paid for half a duck, I insist that he didn’t chop it up and throw away the burnt parts and sneak a piece of the drumstick for himself.
Knife skills are pretty much useless as the meat is so tender - just hack it apart. Wish they would show the the roasting method. I like that he leaves little bites for the workers to nibble on! It looks so delicious!
Probably around HKD40. I've not personally had any experience of being ripped off for not being local. If you are someone paranoid about that (whether based on rumours or actual experience) then I recommend a chain like Cafe de Coral or Fairwood where the menu is shown on boards with pictures and English.
