Hi level karate is way different to what you see most people doing…. Almost looks internal with its relaxed way. Nice.

It is internal. A lot is derived from White Crane and Incense shop boxing, both of which are internal systems.

Goju Ryu senseis still know a lot of applications. I follow a few, and they show lots of cool stuff. Or maybe senseis from other styles don't want to upload videos.

When you learn karate, it stays with you, for life, it's important, to master the pressure point fighting, to end the fight quickly, also known as acupressure points, that can shut down the nervous system.

This is really interesting, but i'm curious how effective it is with the opponent moving. I could see it working if the opponent wasn't expecting an attack but hard to tell if you could fight a skilled opponent with it.

You can watch an in-depth interview of his concepts on a video a few years back when Steven Seagal visited this master (Tetsuhiro Hokama). They compare and contrast several concepts and body mechanics.

I lived in Okinawa for 6 years studying martial arts. This guy is a joke. This is a bad representation of what Okinawa's deep culture and martial arts history has to offer.
