I'm amazed a parts guy said you needed o-rings. Most will say you don't need them. I guess it doesn't show on their computer screen. I love old parts guys!

@CruisingThisOldBoat it's super concentrated, 1 oz for a bucket I think it's 26 bucks west marine, but lasts and makes a truckload of foam like a bubble bath 🛀

Bass fishermen for the most part are rude as h*** all go no respect for others period. Least it’s been our experience with them.

Have seen the floating bollards hangup then come loose in the guides. More going down than up so don't tie too tight. Ripping the gunnels out. We wear gloves and loosely hang on to the rope and no tie offs. If it hangs up give the rope slack, its going to scare the hell out of you.

You guys got onto the rivers just in time. In Augusta, they say they expect power to be restored Oct 12th. Lots of property damage from falling trees, including me. Got a big hole in roof with tree still on it. They said Augusta National is destroyed, but knowing them, you won't be able to tell 1st week of April

@@CruisingThisOldBoat Yes and Yes. 70-80 mph gusts. Trees down everywhere. Tops of utility poles with transformers and wires attached in the middle of roads. And the 2 weeks I think is for populated areas. I'm in the country so am expecting longer

@@CruisingThisOldBoat I have a generator but going out of town Thursday. So we'll lose whatever in fridge and freezer. Finding gas is the issue. Hopefully that resolves itself over the next few day as they start restoring power. Drove 80 miles today to fill up truck and a couple of cans for generator.
