Are OKRs usefull for your IT-Consulting Business?
Something that I was recently asked. My answer: Yes, but depending on the size if your company.
One of my biggest client in terms of revenue and teamsize, is operating in OKRs - quite successfully, and efficiently through 4 quartals.
In some cases, I would say less than 50 people, too much effort.
But this is not black or white.
