I was wondering if you could do a video using m695 I moved the keys on the parameters for this code I added code and I’m still getting no a code saying not reading file I also turned off and turned on machine since I moved parameters please help I’m running a loc650 okuma
Hi, we have issue. Loking for help. Chuck vibrate when we turn it in c-lock mode. This happend only when make heavy parts. We figure out that the extra weight is making the chuck overshoot it's position and the vibration is the machine trying to correct it. So watched your video and found parameter: Spindle rotation command stabilizing timer. Is this correct parameter to adjust? Any other ideas to solve proplem?
Oh yeah! Heavy parts can cause problems. Look for the WORK WEIGHT parameter. There are three settings on most machines, four on larger (no chuck, standard , semi standard, and heavy). Try a heavier setting there, and also on your main operating screen under display change, you can run SERVO NAVI which will test the weight on the chuck and adjust the servos accordingly
We check this tomorrow. We had made this part few years. This issue just started yesterday. when hevy part is chuck and push c-lock all good, it also start vibrate if i hit chuck slow on rubber hammer.
Hi Thanks for the video. on MULTUSB200 I wonder if and how to change Y axis parameter so that when Y is off - the M tool will be in the center of SP1. sort of a way to compensate mechanical problems with Y axis parameter/ endswitch. is this possible?
Hello, I have a problem with my lathe control osp E100l, I changed the ucmb card, restarted the software, and now I have an alarm 4710 alarm D parameter non set 1 can you help me because I do not have backup parameters
Can we talk? Gracias
@@arturoflores1771 Hola Arturo!! Mis compañeros de Trabajo utilizaban Mazak, y ahora están operando un OKUMA MULTUS B400II con control OSP-P300SA. Pronto tendrán el Conversacional AOT-IGF
Can we rotate the turret with the hand wheel for checking clearances on Okuma LB3000 EXII? Also, I can’t use G74 or G77 with G138 enabled. Is there a way around this?
Yes on the turret question: go to your parameter page, find the page labeled TURRET/DOOR, then look for the item NC TURRET PULSE HANDLE. Apply a check mark to that parameter, then the index button will unclamp the turret and allow the pulse handle to rotate it. Once you're satisfied, remove the check mark then press the index button again to have the turret locate the logical index position and reclamp itself. Make sure your X is at the positive limit when doing this. As for the G74/G77 question: you cannot engage a lathe cycle with G138 active. If you have the option called Y offset turning, however, you CAN command a Y position even when G138 is not active. This can also allow you to compensate for turning tool above/below centerline
@@pocketcharleywithgosiger I appreciate the response! I’m sure we have Y offset turning, just never used it before. I’ll try it out tomorrow. Have a good 4th! Thanks!
@@2hrsToChooseThis My favorite move for the offset tool is to put the error in the Y offset column, then have my program take the tool to X___ Y0 Z___. If that alarms out, you'll know you dont have the option. Happy 4th to you too!
Thanks for your video. Finally I saw my question here. My Genos L3000e with osp 300 Cannot run Lap cycle with Y axis. Can you please show me how to use Y axis for Lap cycle. Thank you.
