I have s1pro gen 1 Good points is i have saved 51 k in 17 months And bad poits is service worst no one is bothered at service center to repair and even call centre is also not answering properly. Ola means "chale to chand tak varna raat tak" 😂
Bhai 2 saal se upar ho gaye hai Mera experience overall achaa raha hai .. kabhi kabhi scooter glitch karta hai par bhai dikate toh petrol scooter mae bhi aa sakti hai, comfort k maamle isse badiya scooter nahi milega

I'm highly content with the scooter; its technological prowess fulfills my expectations entirely. Its unmatched speed within the city surpasses that of every other vehicle. Even in eco mode, it provides an exhilarating experience while offering the best range possible. From my calculations, I estimate the maximum range achievable to be around 168 km, based on a specific ride where I achieved 23.6 Wh/km. On the rare occasion when I pushed it to hyper mode, reaching speeds of 100 km/h, it consumed only 25% of the battery over a 15 km distance. However, my dissatisfaction lies with its service. Although I haven't encountered any major issues requiring service, the demeanor of the staff indicates potential problems in the future. Additionally, I wish for a charging station to be conveniently located near my home.
How is Chetak compared to Ola? i wanna buy ola but its poor service, bad build quality and major problems in new units are the biggest back offs. Should I go for Chetak, looks quite durable, maximum reviews are positive too.

I own S1 air. And ya I agree the acceleration lag is there. When u are riding and then speed comes zero (eg:while crossing roads or red traffic light), and after a break for a while the scooter doesn't pick up instantly when use the throttle. That's annoying... And suddenly in 5-7 seconds of pulling the throttle, the scooter takes the pick up... This flaw can cause deadly accidents...(eg: one may get stuck while crossing railway line, vehicles may come in front of you when the scooter unknowingly and suddenly takes the pick up)... Ola seriously needs to fix this immediately

X1 plus main glitch hai ki oh frequently deth mode chale jate. Then u have to cut the power that process is very pathetic u can injure yourself everytime while doing this

Don't buy any OLA Scooters. They have the most pathetic customer service. My OLA S1 Pro which is done only 3700 kms is facing performance issues. After only 12 KMS of Normal riding, it will go to reduced performance mode and move to eco. The Motor will show more than 65 degree celcius. And even after repeated followups for more than 35 days, it has not been fixed. SO I SUGGEST ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM OLA.

I would advise against purchasing any Ola scooter at this time due to an important issue with their batteries. Ola's company has been concealing the Deep-Discharge option, failing to disclose it anywhere. Moreover, none of the Ola dealers are informing customers about this deep-discharge problem. If your scooter experiences deep-discharge, you'll be forced to replace the battery, which happened to me recently. Therefore, it's crucial to be aware of this before making a purchase decision.
for simple loose contact they kept scooter 33 days and told me battery has gone when I got my vehicle at the same charging which I have given I got but in their app they showed 88000 bill which was insured So exactly what they did they claimed new battery on my name and sold somebody else I suffered 33 days for a simple loose contact When i got my scooter i lost my mobile fast charger/personal tools/one goggles/tool set provided by ola/rain coat/bundle of masks and on side glasses mobile holder
First i will take positive for Ola S1 pro i.e, bootspace, looks, speed. Second the negative which was very sad the service, company only seeing the sales mis no person in management bothered on service side. It will effect on long term. Because big companies like tvs, bajaj having good service if the product has less features customer except it, one incident with me recently, i have arguing with the family with two companies ola and bajaj but my family disaggree to purchase ola after seeing some videos but i purchases ola few days back my scooter gets update in 4.0 version and because of this my screen not working and scooter stuck at my office location which was just 2.5km from service centre after calling customer care they said if you don't have ola care plan you to book RSA service that cost you around 2000rs they don't even bothered that scooter is only 2.5kms away from service centre, and he said please call tmrw morning after 9:30 for service team. My scooter remains on that location for 2 days days and tmrw i by own pickup the scooter in rickshaw and drop at service centre, in 2 min the scooter started agter they manually plug out the main power cable and diagnosed the scooter. That was expienced 😅
No Service at central of Bangalore. Please dont think about other parts of Bangalore 😂😂. Buy Ola at your own risk. Only 4% of Ola sccoters are non defective. So please think before buying Ola. Its not ola its gola😮
U should mention the worse customer service provided by ola. I leave in pune, where customer will never get an appointment for service. And the ola care center boys/people wearing ola tshirt says they are not ola employees. In my suggestion i will say after 1 year of being ola s1 owner to not buy any of the ola scooter. And also even if u have ola care+ plan that cost 5000 rs customer will not get proper service.
