The answer is simple.. The government kills the educational system, deprive u of food and good health care. They make u divided in religion and tribe and then during elections they come back to promise u all these things they deprived u and I of so we can become a stool they can step on to. Do their bidding. That's the reason u see all these happening. If many of these cultist has a sound education am sure they would have been useful to their society.
