Old Anime Art Sketchbook Tour 

I keep getting comments like "I'm blank years old and better than you hahaha!". Guys. Please. Don't comment stuff like this. Art isn't a race and it isn't a competition. People improve at different rates and times and that's not a bad thing. Please don't compare your success to others, that's not a good way to go through life.

Omg this was a great old sketchbook tour, bc normally when people make videos of tours for old sketchbooks they're like, "omg I hate it so much" or "this is so bad I'm sorry you have to see this" and it's nice seeing someone who doesn't do that

Nobody gives a shit about how old you are just enjoy the video for crying out.. she made this to encourage us not to give up no matter where we are with our skills right now, not to show us a timeline it's practice that makes it perfect not age...

see this just proves that no one starts perfect at art, norm will someone ever be perfect because there's always room to improve, but if you just keep trying you'll get better. Tip, if you just draw what you love and not focus on being perfect then you'll get better without even realizing it! :)

I love how you look at your old art and look at it for when it was drawn and your level of experience then, rather than how good your art is now against it! That's really constructive for yourself and something I adore!!

I draw anime manga a lot in school and it was pretty good but my handwriting is shit so th other day my Malaysian language teacher told every one to Do an essay so I was writing my essay and my handwriting was horrible so she said "your handwriting is starting to look like your cartoons"(she was emplying that my handwriting as shit) so I made a return fire and said "so are you saying. it looks good"? and the whole class started to look like the oooooooh! meme

wow this video gives me hope. most artist who show there sketch books most things are so amazing Evan when there old. and seeing someone who has a similar art skill in the book there showing seeing your 8mprovement really gave me as boost in my attitude of my improvent

What always amazes me about sketchbook tours like this is that people actually took the time to color all their stuff while I just always simply sketched it with a pencil and let it be lol. Although I can remember a time when I was around 12 where I colored my stuff too... guess we just have more time as children :O

Wow! I just found you, and you are simply amazing! The detail you put into the drawings, and the patience you have with yourself. To be honest, I struggle with the idea that it takes time to improve, and I look at other people that have better art than me. Also, your positivity was beyond than I expected. Most artists are hard critics in their "Old Sketchbook" tours, but you point out the pieces that you are still proud of today. I'm really glad I was able to see this video, and I hope you continue to improve!
