Don't forget trying to knock out Quetzalcoatl using a wrestling move at a sky height, stabbing goetia and carrying Mash's heavy shield and supplying mana for both Quetzalcoatl and Ishtar whom are both strong goddesses.

Literally what all characters including Goetia think of him. They thought Ritsuka is like this dude who want to save humanity but instead he fight just because he want to live and nobody else around to do it to the point he doesnt even feel anything due to depression unitl Lostbelt 6 where he understood his role

To be honest, Fujimaru has not only died a time or two, but become friends (or more) with a goddess of the underworld and the Pharaoh who represents their god of the underworld. He also has some sort of positive relationship with one who is basically death itself, in the form of a berserker in assassin's clothing

As someone who hasn’t cleared solomon yet the idea of our character going into battle with effectively a self destruct button is kinda intense. Also why would that just be hanging in a closet? Shouldn’t it be with combat gear?

Because it's something they would only use for something as crucial as the final battle. The assumption was that the final battle of part 1 would be the last and so victory had to be achieved no matter what But in singularities, although all of them were life threatening and essential to fix, if worst came to the worst chaldea would have to prioritize the mc living over victory because dealing with the problem of an history broken is still better than not having a master at all. Granted in practice, the only time where these kinds of retreat were considered, it was pretty much impossible to do.

Yep, the reason above is right, and that the battle in the temple of time is still a suicidal attack. It doesn't really matter if you die by the hands of Goetia or some self destructing plan, in the end if we lose then humanity is doomed. If we're going to lose then might as well die hard.

That is not a burn. Ritsuka is just acknowleding that they could have done the job without him. And proving that he is not some arrogant bastard who wants all the glory for himself.

I know he feels like a pile of crap due to the fact that someone even weaker than him in regards if Magecraft done something he's not confident to do, but he could've at least had some decency to day thanks since without Ritsuka, none of them would be standing there. That and of course with Kirschtaria pursuading the Alien God to bring them all back

I didn't realize it until now, but Ritsuka is only dealing with the Lostbelts because they saved the Cryptarchs while they were saving the rest of the world.

They were in a coma and regardless of who would have won, they would have died without feeling anything, so no. It makes zero difference and there is nothing to be thankful about.

@@aviniciussouza100 Except you have at least 2 Crypters WHO COULD NOT HAVE BEEN KILLED OR EVEN KNOCKED OUT BY THAT BOMB BLAST AS THEY WERE NOT HUMAN. One was an Elemental and the other was a Werewolf. Neither one of them could have been harmed by the bomb. So there was a clear writer retcon when making the Crypters be nonhumans as that created a massive plothole. Finally Goduka is able to generate far more magical energy than Kodac making him the superior Master.

I would love to see a timeline (or better 7 timelines) where instead Ritsuka the crypters go through the singularities with their Losbelt servants

@@jackolantern1829 An excerpt/summary from an interview on the topic "In a hypothetical scenario where each Crypter was the last surviving Master instead of Ritsuka Fujimaru, only Kirschtaria Wodime and Daybit Sem Void have the ability to succeed. Daybit would be unable to handle anything after the defeat of Goetia, while Kirschtaria would "clear half of the threat from 2018 but cannot win since he's a Crypter;" it was said that the others were sure to fail right away for various reasons. Kadoc Zemlupus seems to have the characteristics to have a chance to restore the Human Order, but the task is too much for him. He could maybe make it if he were to have the support of Anastasia, but he is incapable of meeting this iteration of her without the existence of the Lostbelts.

Why.. u asked.. because With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility, i was the only one left to have such a power... i do those missions not because i want to, but because if the heroes run and hide, who will stay and fight?? i do this because i merely believe that there is a hero in all of us, that keeps us honest, gives us strengths, makes us noble, and sometimes to do what's right we have to be steady and gives up the things we want the most... even our dreams... Whatever comes our way. Whatever battle we have raging inside us we always have a choice kadoc, i have a choice.. it's the choice that makes us who we are and we can always choose to do what's right.. i hope u make the right choice Kadoc..

what do you think of the idea of him joining us? i read a theory today saying nasu might move him to being the mc after lb7 i doubt it although i like how similar their command seals are.

I doubt it will happen because: 1) That doesn't work for people who prefer playing as a female MC; 2) that would piss off the players who want to continue playing as the character they have been playing as for 7+ years.

Well, altough it's anime original content, the mystic code featured in this video basically substitutes Gudao's nerve system as magical circuits to summon servants. Which is basically just one helluva gigantic suicide attack

Wait, did he (and I mean the writer) really ask Ritsuka why he didn't let Goetia kill him? Uh isn't that obvious? Ritsuka beat Goetia because Goetia would have killed him if he didn't. That was a pretty stupid question.
