Members of Old Dominion wrote this song (and plenty of others) but they let someone else record it (in this case, Kenny Chesney)

@@KOKO-si5xr I know he wrote it but this is the same song as Kenny Chesney and I thought if someone makes the same song over with the same lyrics that’s copywriting unless there was an agreement with Kenny Chesney to basically duplicate his Song

What people are trying to tell you, is just about every band member used to write songs for other artists before they came together and became old dominion so technically it is their songs that other artists are singing. Don't believe me google this song by Kenny Chesney and look at the names of the song writers then look up old dominion band members. 😊
