Awesome job! Only thing I'd be concerned about with that roof is that it looks like it would hold water and dirt. I like the idea of making it stronger, but I probably would have gone outward instead of down. I have a 73 regular cab and it sucks to not have all the room of larger cabs. I also have an 88 extended cab and that is awesome, you can all 5~6 people in there and still have a full bed.
Thanks! Almost all newer trucks and SUVs use an indented roof ribbing, doesn't seem to be a problem. I actually looked for raised rib roofs in the junkyard and couldn't find any at that time.
