If I can ask, was there anything specific you liked on this one versus other recent videos? (I am trying to dial in what folks want and repeat it) Is it because it is mowing instead of tools or business topics? Because it is such a drastic before and after? Did you like the 'getting to the job' montage instead of just jumping right into the 'Hi this is brad with copper creek cuts yadda yadda'. Thank you for ANY feedback, you will be very helpful! :)
@@CopperCreekCuts I just really love seeing the tall grass get tamed into something that resembles a lawn. It's been a while since we've seen you cut out of control grass/weeds and it was great to see it again.
@@CopperCreekCuts it was great to see your garage and you getting ready, as well as a bit of the drive to the property - puts things into context. Cutting down those bushes was epic, kind of like mowing a path through the jungle. Then the panorama at the end showed how much better things are now.
@@CopperCreekCuts Brad, I agree with Excitable, I wish you included the finishing touches with the string trimmer and the finish mower after you brush hogged. I really enjoy seeing the full transformation and what was needed to get there. Very satisfying! What I can say about this specific video also is, I enjoyed the “vlog” style editing you included, kicking off with work right off the bat before going into your intro, multiple camera angles, the ride to the job, all that stuff made this video very enjoyable. Glad you found that memory card or else we wouldn’t be able to offer critical advice! LOL!
It’s already been said, but if you’re tallying votes: it was nice to see the nasty tall stuff get knocked down(always fun), but if we could also see through to the end state, that would be the icing on the cake. Still a rad video and I’m a big fan of your content. Thanks for the work you put in!
This video gets a 10+. Loved it. It was a lot of work for you , I hope they paid you well, but it was fun to watch. Thumbs up for the brush hog. He/she saved your ### by capturing your SIM card.
You did a spectacular job on that property. Luv watching these jobs, the kindness and good heart you must have. I will be watching everything you have done and going back to watch the things that I have missed. Good job.
I like variety of properties, equipment and goals. The tough vegetation needs the tougher tools and different techniques. Sometimes it is relaxing to watch the pretty green grass get mowed and trimmed. I also like watching how you have to think through the tougher jobs in order to come out with a satisfying result. Since I am not in the business I don't get a lot out of your teaching and opinions (which you do very well) but I watch at least part of each. If you ever wonder if God is blessing the path that you have taken, consider that tiny card as God's gift to you!
Another Great Video! Always a pleasure to see your smiling face and optimistic approaches. Also nice to see the fine, well maintained equipment! Sometime do a focus on how to mow/trim around an AC unit. How to avoid throwing clippings into the coil, how to blow debris away from the unit, and how to spot the two refrigerant lines AND control wire so as to avoid damaging them with a string trimmer!
I’ve always admired you, your family life, and your work ethic. There are several other landscape channels that I follow, but there’s a quality about your presence on RU-vid that is admirable and memorable. It would be easy to post daily routines returning to the same properties each week - and while that may be helpful to those thinking of starting their own business, each of your posts is decidedly different, and packed with humor. Anyone that takes a swipe at you is just plain jealous!
That was actually pretty cool to watch. Definitely something different from what I been watching a nice change of pace. Thank you, a great job as usual.
I wanted to watch the Toro brush cutter at work, I want to clean up a piece of my property that’s over grown. Thank you for the video, the Toro did a excellent job.
20 minutes down the road? I thought that was the equivalent of 'just round the corner' in the US😄. The 'garden' looks 100% better. GReat job, great vid, Brad. Brilliant luck on finding the SD card.
Wow Brad!! So lucky. I think I would have just sat down and cried if I did not find the SD card. Great job as always. I love videos like these. That Toro was kicking butt out there.
Incredible! I can't believe your Toro just plowed through that jungle of weeds and brush! Crazy! I wouldn't call it the Toro, I'd call it "The Magic Beast"! The after shots and your explanation of cutting it 5 " high in the beginning, then lower and finishing it off finally. was very informative and interesting. That poor rake! Better to get a new rake though, than a new Toro! So I'm glad "The Magic Beast" won! It's fun when you're working with friends. Makes for a more fulfilling day lol. Nice of you all to help each other too. Glad you could get together and spend time together and you all did a great job! Blessings to all of you and may your future be joyful as we reach the end of this year.
Expertly done and the description is worth reading where a break down of the costs is shown. Which I always under bidded myself as well. I'm terrible at setting prices but usually the home owner would make it right if I was too low.
Loved the video! About 180 miles south of Jacksonville it's gone down to about 50 on several recent nights, I reckon it might have been in the 40s for you that morning.
Brave soul. That is not a neatly organized place at present but you'll be helping get the foundation back in. Amazing to have that house reappearing from the overgrowth. Thanks to the owners son for helping out. That was quite a good job!
That was so satisfying, the cleanup, and fun watching you with the rake toss and batons! Had a friend who was trained, very good, you put her to shame! Lol I would have loved to have seen the trimming and mowing, don't leave that out!! I subscribed, keep up the good work!
Nice video Brad. Glad you found that little card, of all the places to find it. 🤣 That TORO did a nice job, didn't think a regular mower would cut that tall jungle. Wow, 38', Phoenix has been hitting heat records for the last couple of days, still very dry though. Stay safe. 👍👍👍👍👍👍😉🇺🇸
Man that’s an…. Interesting property. I particularly like the ancient looking window air conditioners when the house clearly has (or rather had) central air. I can only imagine the condition inside. Nice job on the clearing though, one of my favorites. That toro really is a beast.
I have seen that sometimes in Florida because the central AC can't keep up (possibly a freon leak that hasn't been addressed or they can't afford to repair so they just add a window unit) or a south facing room that just gets blistered more than the rest of the house. Your guess is as good as mine, though.
Yes more mowing videos like this.. for me I watch for entertainment as I'm not in the mowing business.. Enjoyed seeing the bush cutter taking down that tall grass. Also like the editing with some speed up but with normal speed mixed enjoy transformations so I too would have like to see u finishing up with the finish with mower and trimmer. I love seeing mess turned into order. You did a great job on property.
You have septic mounds, but we have septic fields. Mine is on the side of a hill, the lines running the contour of the hill. I can run my Belly mower Kubota 2200 over it to keep it cleaned up, but I do NOT take my larger tractor over it. My Kubota 2200 had 4WD and big balloon tires that help spread the weight, so it has caused no problem. A septic mound is man-made and built up above normal grade. Our septic field has the lines 24" deep so a big difference. All septic systems are not built the same! HA HA
Great job a real challenge for you and your machine! I enjoyed and subscribed! You made this look far nicer for next phase but it surely needs a lot of work on this property! Great job you deserve a perfect 10
The TORO BRC-28 brushcutter was the mini version of the Ventrac 4500. You did a very nice job cutting down the weeds/bushes, and got a lot of exercise.
