I love this series, it's basically a house renovation show with Welsknight playing all the important roles! This house isn't exactly like any I've been in or anything, but it definitely feels familiar in style, I wonder if it would be possible to replicate real world houses with identical detail in this game...
Probably not in this one, although the "architect tool", coming in the Farm DLC will greatly improve the options available. However, it has been confirmed that it will be possible to build houses from the ground up in House Flipper 2, which is coming probably at the end of this year.

House Flipper had a minimum set of requirements for a bunch of rooms. A children’s room just be at least 10 meters square for it to count as a children’s room. Otherwise it will stay as a regular bedroom
The living room is both incredibly cozy and well-done, and sending me back to my days working at a home goods store and carrying SO many of those metal-frame bookshelves to customers' cars.
The negative points on the sellers profiles are so weird, one said 'there's nowhere we can spend time as a family together...ummm...maybe try the family room?? lol I wish the devs would allow the player to designate room type as that could solve silly mistake like that.
😂Chronic dearth of storage….food storage, closets, chests of drawers, towel racks, spice racks, pot hangers, medicine cabinet mirrors…..in the first three houses. Interested to see if that’s corrected, and if it makes an upward difference in price.
I love your series. It is different from anyone else that does series for House Flipper. This is my favorite house you've done so far. I love love love they way you cut away and come back and it's "bam" ready! Thank you for this, it makes me very happy.
I've never really watched your channel before but I am loving this series. I've only seen you on hermitcraft, but I did love your starter house from season 9 so much that I copied it into my own minecraft world, which i've never done with any other build I've seen on yt. These videos are super nice great job!
My mom has a similar fridge to what you put in this one - it's literally the best thing in the world for storage and also it just looks absolutely impressive. Love that you worked it in such a small space! IRL the fridge is 15/10, other than the fact that the doors have the sealing power of God Himself and it takes a good strong pull to have even a snowball's chance in hell of actually opening the door. I kid you not, my sweet mother, aged 78, pulled a muscle in her shoulder last week trying to open the fridge door. Anyways, excellent video! I got caught up in binging all of your House Flipper episodes and I love em all!
I just found this series, and it's so strange to see my current office back before I went sledgehammer happy on it. I went with a blue/dark green/silver mix in different rooms, and turned it from a 3 bed to a 1 bed, office and cat room, with another building in the back.
I really like this one. I totally changed this house’s layout in the main living areas. But I think next time I do this house I’ll leave the layout alone.
If i remember right, children's rooms have a size requirement and i think it is over 12m sq but couldn't swear to that. Would make sense though with the size of your two rooms here. I've recently started playing HF again also and it's been a bit weird that i've been loosing money or barely making a profit when flipping them, not sure what is going on. Maybe the game isn't adding it all up correctly cause the furniture bought price always seems way off. Sometimes it's best to not sell and rebuy furniture unless you absolutely have to....but then....where is the fun in that :D Nice to see you playing again!
@@desertrose0601 Thanks! Yeh i was doing that, and honestly, without the bonus from the gardens i would have been loosing even more. It's not a problem now i'm onto the more expensive houses, i'm making money now. I just wasn't on those early starter houses ;)

great video, very relaxing, but one thing i must add is your "timelapse" at the start of a video is more like a montage so maybe call it that. Just makes more sense
Loving the series. This is one of those games I have lost entire weekends to cause I get so caught up in designing the perfect layout for each house. That being said while furniture and appliances can add value to the homes those TINY touches such as toys plants and shelf decorations really do eat into your profit margin by quite a lot despite the aesthetically pleasing they can be.
I got confused for a bit, because JUST yesterday I watched your video from a few years ago where you tackled this house lol. Splendid job both times of course!
I have them all, and personally, I think they're all probably worth it, or definitely worth it if you can get them on sale. Assuming we're talking PC version, of course.
What dlc would you recommend for house flipper? And could you tell me what those dlcs include? I have the garden one already. (Any opinion is appreciated)
Just to make sure. You do know, that you can drastically change the house, and possible layouts by selling windows and doors, and relocating or changing them to different kind of windows?
