Rhonda i absolutely love to watch your channel but when i saw this episode you had me in tears as i know how you feel as i am going through the same medical issues and helping my mom who is battling cancer. Its been a long tough rode put on crap ton of weight, depression and anxiety, well you know how that chapter reads out, but you are an amazing woman you bring me to my happy place even if for only 20-30 minutes but I look forward to seeing your hauls and just having something to look forward to. That’s such BS!!! It makes me so mad when people do that! My soon to be ex husband kept telling me to loose weight but I finally went to a specialist and come to find out I have Hashimoto Disease that IS very serious and my hormones were off the charts! I got thyroid meds & hormones and had to eat gluten free immediately I did loose 30lbs but still struggle to loose more and I want to! I have the opposite of binge eating. I don’t eat. Which is not balancing. I’m not anorexic, I just have never thought about food as anything. But what I am doing doesn’t help being balanced nutrition. My goal is to get better at eating correctly for what my body needs and exercising how I can. I have to have both knees replaced and have massive hardware in my neck from C2-C7 from breaking my neck.

In the past 6 months- due to overwhelming stress- dropped almost 40 pounds. However with the weight loss came a major health issue- nutritionally extremely deficient. Now that hubby of 45 years is living in a very nice nursing home due to dementia and other health concerns- nutritional deficiencies have lessened but weight loss continues. My stress levels are way diminished now

People need to mind their own business! Your life is your life and nobody else’s business! They are apparently very miserable people. You are a sweetheart and we love you and we way out number those miserable people! Have a very Merry and Blessed Christmas!🎄❤️
