Love the polar pop one as kids we used to run around singing polar pop, polar pop bear...... And who didn't love the cadbury creme egg ad. Every easter it came on. I wonder what happened to the two kids in it. And the Barry crump ads were hilarious.
Goodnight Kiwi was such a classic if only TVNZ would bring that back not only for summertime but also do messages for holiday festivals and even spring fall and winter
been living in england since 1991 but i grew up in nz and remember a fair few of those ads from when i was a kid, the goodnight kiwi thing reminds me of staying up late in the school holidays and watching the sunday horrors and then the goodnight kiwi thing came on then it was off to bed
I actually don't remember any of these. I clearly remember the Bluebird chips one though, it used to be one of my faves as a kid. I was so happy they still play the ad with the old music. I like the one they played not long ago with the polar bear dressed as a penguin. SOOO FUNNY!

The old polar pop bear, the creme egg (dont get caught) the cookie bear and racheal hunter in the trumpet ad i remember most. But a few of these ads i notice are from the 90s. Mcdonalds, vodafone and telecom, the playstation, pizza haven was from the 2000s. I was born in '80, i miss all the cool tv programs and movies that were on back in the 80s and 90s.
I'm only 20 so I guess it makes sense I don't really remember any of these. One other one is the old Honey Puffs ad. That is on RU-vid. Man I miss that! Sometimes some old ads will play on tv. That 'seal-a-fridge' one I clearly remember as a child. It is so old! I remember a few years ago they played the old hungry hippos and mouse trap game ads! They even had that 'break the chain' Nicotine old ad not long ago playing! I remember that so clearly as a kid

There are a couple of New Zealand ads I would like to see again, one is the Choquita (chocolate bar - Choquita gets you going!) surfing ad and the orher one is the Doc Martins ad with the girl painting. Are they here? Don't think I can do 23 hours lol.
Mostly date between 1986 and 1996. Great video. Polar Pop video is 1989 remake, 1985 version does not have the new flavour part. Creme Eggs ad is actually British and dates from 1982, but it was played from 1983 to about 2000, it has a Kiwi voice over as well.
They missed "eh Brucie eh eh" and the NZ Insurance ad with the cockatoo "who stole the telly? Who stole the telly?" Oh and the Morrison bikes ad "...its my freeway one the highway"...

Those Cadbury creme eggs were so good back in the day and KFC sure is the great taste and I sure love a good McDonald’s for breakfast as it has always been a great start to the day and whatever happened to those 95c deals at McDonald’s back in the day
